I used to love buying from this company but after dealing with their customer service department (which by the way you CANNOT contact by phone) I royally do not like this company. I have sent them multiple (seven plus and they responded eight to twelve hours later) emails and they only responded to one with the same exact response as when Amazon customer service contacted them as the payment went through Amazon and that was the only way I had to contact Woot. Heaven forbid you change your mind after 15 minutes of placing your order or you won't be able to cancel it which is what happened in my case. Even after doing a stop payment with my bank they still shipped the items to me and gave me a tracking number. I hope they don't plan to bill me because they will not be getting their money. I will be contacting Amazon again since they are part of that company and Amazon needs to know how horrible that customer service is and that this company is a poor representation of them. So just be warned if you plan to order make damn sure you know what you are ordering, the size, quantity, etc or you are up the creek without a paddle since they don't give a flying monkey's balls about anything but getting your money.
