Simplifying the complex is a challenge we embrace with website design. And by design, we mean designing the customer's experience on your site - not just how it looks.

If you want your website to truly succeed, invest time to understand your customer and their journey/path to purchase. Only then should you start thinking about the colours, buttons, widgets and everything else that makes a website work.

“...travel brands must make it easy for consumers to find exactly what they are looking for on their site. Potential customers are inundated with an overwhelming number of options, so to do well, travel brands must make their user journey simple and easy to navigate”

Interestingly, I've found the loudest voices complaining about Instagram's algothrithm came from those who were buying likes, followers and comments.

Plenty of "influencers" got rich by artificially inflating their follower counts, then taking advantage of their clients who didn't do their research. Thankfully those days are over and the algorithm forces you to focus on ENGAGEMENT, not follower counts, if you want to find success on Instagram. ^Peter
