Not only did they have the truck I wanted at a very fair price, they had another that I liked even better for just a few dollars more! I got way more truck than I ever thought possible and got a fair price for my trade-in. Cory was very easy to work with and although he was very busy, never made us feel like we were forgotten. He was quick to get us keys so we could start test driving and never pressured us. This is by far the nicest truck I have ever owned and I absolutely love driving it! Thanks, Cory! And thanks Wow Woody's!!

I made the trip up to their location from Quincy IL, and it was completely worth making the trip. This was my first ever car purchase. I got a used 2015 Ford Escape with less than 6000 miles and saved thousands compared to anything else I saw, close to me or not. Sales staff was easy to work with and made the whole experience quick and easy. I highly recommend them. -Bill

This was our fourth time with buying a vehicle from Woody's, which is a good indicater of why we come back. The staff goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable whether it's a $2,000 vehicle, or a $50,000 vehicle. It is a car business, and car dealers are in it to make a profit, but I feel they truelly do care about customer satisfaction. I been to dealerships where their sales teams hover and "attack" when you step foot on the property! This is why I very much dislike dealerships! Woody's is very low pressure, and allow you time to "think"! The customer engages the sales person to make a deal, not the opposite. Hopefully I won't have to buy a vehicle for a while, but Woody's will be my home for any future dealings! Great experience.......again!

This dealership got me in and out fast without any hassel. Scott Cooper aka scoop, was very friendly and helpful. The very first car he put me in I drove away with. I test drive other cars as well but his first recommendation was spot on! I love my new car and will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thank you Woody's for your incredible service!

I would recommend Woody's to anyone. They always treat me and my wife with great respect. Any time my wife takes a vehicle in for service they take good care of her and take her to work or give her a vehicle to go where ever she needs to go. And they always call and ask us about what they are doing to get our permission before they do anything. What great service from purchasing a vehicle to having it serviced what a great place to be Go Woody's. WOW Woody's

I was looking for a car for my 16 year old son. I noticed a cute little red car on the lot - a 2014 Ford Fiesta. It was priced at $8000 and came from a fleet rental at auction. About a week later, I took my car in for service and they let me drive the Fiesta until me car was out of service. They had to jump start the Fiesta to get it running. I got in and noticed that the check engine light and monkey wrench light was on. I asked the lady if it was okay to drive. She said yes. I drove away but ended up doing a U-turn back to the dealership. I told her that I was afraid of breaking down but she said if it happens then they would tow in back no charge. I figured what the heck because I was only keeping it for a few hours. I drove away again and didn't make it a mile before the digital screen flashed "Transmission Failure. Service Now". I did another U-turn back to the dealership. On my way, I had to go up an incline and the car seemed to have trouble - it felt like the transmission was slipping. I made it back to the dealership, handed her the keys back, and sat in the waiting room until my car was done. They offered me another car but I felt safer sitting and waiting. I'm so glad that I didn't buy that car the first day that I saw it. Fate intervened. Living in Chillicoth, MO is one comical disaster after another. People saw my post and I got the following emails from them: 1.Hello Lucy I seen your post about if people have had problems with woodys....we took our 2016 challenger there because it wouldn't come out of "limp" mode...they said it was a bent rod on cylinder 7....after a week and a half we finally got it back then the same day the check engine light came on....so we took it back to the dealer where we got it and it had a bad o2 sensor....but now it's back at woodys again getting body work done because they put 6 gouges in the front body panel while they were working on the engine... 2. Hey I seen your comment bout woody. Well it wouldn't let me comment on it. But anyways I got my car there in 2014 and after a week I got my car, my gas gauge broke and they wouldn't fixed it for me because I didn't have any warranty or anything!!! So I have been telling people not to go there because they will rip u off. They don't care!!!!!#

Woodys had great service their team was very helpful. They were very quick to respond to my email which was on a Saturday. Tuesday morning I was on my way to look at the car. Woodys is in Chillicothe, MO which is a 6 hour drive for me but it was worth the drive. Woodys had the jeep i was looking at priced phenomenal. From the second I walked in the door I felt welcomed every dept I dealt with was friendly Curtis had the jeep out front waiting on me when I arrived. The process went very smooth. I was in and out with a great vehicle at a great price. I would recommend woodys to family, friends, strangers or anyone else looking for a vehicle. Thanks to Woodys again!

READ THE COMPLETE REVIEW!!! We found a vehicle at Woody's via their website one evening about 9 p.m. We did the online chat thing with them for a short time that evening. Scott contacted me before 9 o'clock the next morning. I had a deposit placed on the vehicle by 11:00 a.m. We handled as much of the paperwork as we could by email. Scott answered my questions over the phone or through email correspondence in a timely manner. I was able to schedule to pick up the vehicle up 3 business days later. Due to the fact we had to replace a vehicle due to an insurance claim, this was a pretty cut & dry, cash transaction. Committing to buying a used vehicle via the internet & telephone is a bit of a difficult decision, Scott made it as simple as he could. It took less than 2 hours from the time that I stepped on the lot to when I had it trailered up & was on the 220 mile trip back to Lincoln. Woody's may be considered the next time we are looking for a new or used vehicle. Be careful & do your home work on their vehicles though. Make sure they have had their mechanics do a used car assessment & look at the results. The vehicle we bought (2009 Dodge Journey with 116,000 miles) was on the "wholesale lot" for a reason. The price was under book value & we took a chance on it knowing we would need to put some money into the vehicle. I was a little more than shocked when our local Dodge dealer handed me a bill for over $3700 for the repairs though. I expected around $1000 - $1200 for repairs... We are blessed enough that we could absorb the additional cost. The price of the car plus the repairs puts the car at the high end of it's value if it was in exceptional condition, which it is not. They were nice enough there & reasonably quick; just make sure to get a "service certified" used car report from them. We will see how long it take for them to get back to me about the missing jack assembly parts & spare tire carrier... after about 3 weeks I did hear from the general manager, he sent us a $200.00 check for our trouble.
