FDA has issued a safety warning regarding supplements containing dimethylamylamine (DMAA). If you purchased a product containing DMAA, we would like to hear from you.

This is an absurd result for consumers harmed by pharmaceuticals. Since the Supreme Court passed the buck, it is up to Congress and FDA to fix.

Is a $1 billion settlement just? Maybe not since J&J's sales from the drug totaled over $28.9 billion. They still profit several billion from their wrongdoing (97% of that $28.9 billion was profit).

We are investigating the marketing and advertising practices of the company BF Labs, Inc., which does business under the name "Butterfly Labs". We have received reports that Butterfly Labs, based in Leawood, Kansas, has accepted orders and full pre-payments from consumers for #Bitcoin mining hardware, yet failed to deliver the specialized equipment as promised.

Another study points to problems with metal on metal hip replacements. This quote from Dr. David Mauerhan sums it up - "I would not have a metal on metal hip replacement if I was going to have to have a hip replacement myself". Even though doctors are staying away from them, about half a million people already have these defective medical devices.
