We just returned from a weekend at the Wolf Cove Inn and we have nothing but wonderful experiences to review! Coming from Pittsburgh, we were excited to view the extraordinary landscape of Maine, and the setting of the Inn is absolutely breathtaking, situated on Tripp Lake with views of the lake and surrounding area. The Inn is pet friendly, although we did not bring a pet. The Inn Keepers, Roy and Sue have canoes and kayaks for guests, as well as fishing equipment. The Inn is tastefully redone and omits a welcoming, homey feel when you enter. Jackie greeted us when we arrived with a smile and excitement, and showed us around. We felt very at home as soon as we arrived, while Roy was cooking up some delicious food for the next morning. Our room, The Rangley, was quaint and inviting, and the sheets and bed were so relaxing to sleep in! Everything was very clean, water and drinks were available for guests in a small fridge. The Inn Keepers held a nice, personal wine and cheese tasting in the evening, and this was a wonderful chance to meet and chat with Sue and Roy about their experiences and interests. They provided many recreation ideas from hiking, site seeing, and shopping options, as well as great recommendations for dining in nearby Lewiston. The breakfast was fantastic, and always served with a smile! We couldn't be happier with our choice, and look forward to returning someday soon!

Just got back from a lovely stay at Wolf Cove Inn. The weather was freezing, but the Inn was warm and inviting, especially the inn keepers Sue and Roy. They're super friendly and you can tell they really want their guests to have a great experience. They're attentive, yet laid back and you feel very comfortable as soon as you arrive. Our room was VERY clean and the bed very comfortable. The shared mini fridge on our floor (which included lots of Poland Spring water) was convenient and much appreciated. As was the wine and cheese social in the early evening - quite fun. Last, but definitely not least, a REALLY superb breakfast was served every morning. Fresh fruit and homemade baked goods available, plus a choice of a sweet and/or savory entree with delicious sides and local grass-fed meats. Seriously, the frittata I had this morning was cooked just right and the tastiest I've ever had. Oh, and the coffee is great too! We hope to come back for another visit. Stay here, you'll love it!

We had a great time at Wolf Cove Inn! It was during our baby-moon road trip through New England and Wolf Cove Inn was the perfect place to relax (wish we stayed longer!). The rooms were cozy, views beautiful, owners awesome and super friendly! Thanks Roy!

I wanted a special place to propose to my girl friend--I picked the right spot with Wolf Cove Inn. The owners of the Inn were more than accommodating and helped make the weekend truly special. The room was immaculate, the view was spectacular, the food was fantastic. It was a perfect weekend! We would return in a heartbeat.

Drove up from New York City during a forecasted blizzard weekend. Totally worth it!! The moment you walk in you are greeted by the sweetest Inn keepers, Sue and Roy. Sue was kind enough to walk us through the gorgeous house. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the rooms were nice and warm. The beds were super comfortable and clean. Roy can really cook up an amazing breakfast. Cocoa ricotta pancakes, fritatta, hash browns, local bacon, fruits, the list goes on. You are able to customize your meal to your liking. Do not feel like you are limited to only one side like I was. The view from the dining was stunning and picturesque. It was also the first time I walked on a frozen pond. I drove 6 hours in snow from New York City. There is no excuse for you not to visit!

We were lucky to get the Winter Harbor suite. Pet friendly with amazing views of the lake. Roy and Sue were friendly and outgoing. Wine on the porch on Saturday is a great chance to meet other guests. Great stay!

Judy, thank you for the kind review. It was nice chatting during the wine tasting. Not sure if you chatted with them in the morning, but Emily and Boudu took your recommendation and went to Bray's for dinner. They really enjoyed it, so thank you for helping them out!
