The quality of the houses, actors, etc. is very good. I definitely was scared, and I don't consider myself easily spooked, but I was. I especially appreciated the characters who walked around the area giving the patrons an extra scare for their money. Ok, so regarding money, this is an expensive outing - a family of 4 will spend $132 for admission! That gets you into 3 haunted "houses" and 1 haunted hayride. That is a lot of dough to fork out - and if the lines are long, it would be scary in a totally different way. We hit it at a good time - just at 7 PM on Sunday night, and the longest line we waited in was about 40 minutes. Concessions and games are additional money, and also not cheap ($6 for fried dough). We did this as our only Halloween outing, and I'm happy that it was a quality experience for what they charged, but it definitely is a little pricey for an activity - comparing it to a day at Canobie Lake, for example, or going to a movie (you could go to 3 for the same amount of money), so you'll have to decide if it's worth it to you.

It was AWFUL ! I went with my wife and 3 kids ages 13,14,15 and they hated it ! It was not worth the $30. Everything was dirty the people where rude! I WILL NEVER RETURN! If your looking for a haunted house to go to Barrets Haunted Mansion in Abington totally worth it and Factory of Terror Fall River!

Lines way too long. Worst haunted houses I've ever been to. Waste of money and time.

This place is wonderful for children, but quite on the expensive side. It isn't really worth the money. Plus, it is quite unfair to people who really get into the spirit of Halloween. I have an uncle who works at Nashoba Valley and helps set up everything for Witch's Woods, and even drives the tractor for the hayride sometimes. I am an amateur actress with some costuming experience, and made my own creepy costume to wear here. My uncle says that people wear costumes here all the time, which is true. So I came in my costume and walked around in a creepy fashion, and people were loving it! Asking to take my picture and everything. Even other employees thought it was great. Then some managerial type came to me and told me I had to stop, because I don't work there. Turning away a free scarer, who was previously given permission to do what she's doing? Hm, now that doesn't make sense. I understand that, because I don't work there, if there was a complaint about me (which there wouldn't have been..), they wouldn't be able to contact me, except... oh wait, they would. Because my uncle works there, and previously gave me permission. That man ruined my night. I'd been so excited for it for weeks and he crushed it, just 10 minutes after I walked in. If you really love Halloween and you want to get into the spirit of it, don't go to Witch's Woods.

This Halloween-time attraction has so much going on! There are 4 haunted attractions: a 3D maze, a haunted mansion, a spooky castle, and of course the haunted hayride; carnival rides, carnival foods, carnival games; stage shows including fire spinners, dancing, and competitions; walk-around characters to interact with; a nook of some of the most amazing pumpkins ever; and a path filled with scenes of famous horror characters. There is literally something for everyone and anyone here! During the Halloween season, they are open from 7pm to 11pm, not 2am like the details say.
