"Oh how great Thy loving kindness; vaster, broader than the sea."
This song from our latest project, Sing Praise, has become an often-requested number. May it encourage your heart today as you rest in the everlasting love of Christ. If this is a blessing to you, please like and share!

Have you ever been so caught up in every-day-ness, that it seems life becomes mundane? It happens to all of us, I'm sure. Our view of the world narrows until we develop a case of tunnel-vision.

Then suddenly, a light pierces through the routine. A verse from God's Word. A song of victory or praise. And, as if for the first time, we catch a glimpse of life from God's perspective. It begins to change how we view everything.

We begin to marvel at God's goodness.
His relentless pursuit of our hearts.
His abundant love.

...It is when we view life from God's perspective that our every-day-ness becomes meaningful and every act becomes a purposeful opportunity for worship.

Lights! Camera! Action! Earlier this month we were excited to lead the Children's Storybook Theater during the Lake Itasca Family Music Festival. We traveled back in time to 1505 AD to the era of knights and maidens, castles and sword-fighting -- and a pivotal moment in church history as the Reformation began to sweep across Europe.

Perhaps you've heard of the remarkable Duggar family, as shown on 19 Kids and Counting? We're excited to share that the Duggar Family Blog is hosting a giveaway of our recent children's CD project, "My Heart, Your Home". Jinger Duggar shared with us over the weekend that they absolutely love the CD and their 'kiddos' listen to it all the time. We're grateful for all the sweet, little listeners who are learning God's Word through this music project.

Spread the word -- and pop on over to the Duggar Blog to enter the giveaway!

“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing." John 15:4-5

This photo breaks our heart. These dear brothers and sisters in Christ (young children included) are being transported by the truckload for their execution. Pray for the believers in Iraq who are daily being forced from their homes and slaughtered. Please share this link to help raise awareness of their plight! Social media is a powerful tool.

“Iraq seems like old news, yet things just get worse and worse here. It is as if hell has broken out here and nobody cares..."

PLEASE PRAY! Tonight we have an incredible opportunity. To travel behind prison security and share the love and HOPE found in Jesus Christ with dozens of Wisconsin inmates. What a privilege! But also a sobering, overwhelming step as we move outside our comfort zone. Would you be willing to join us in prayer?! We have several, specific requests:

Pray the Lord will draw the men to the service. Last time we sang here, there were double the amount of men signed up for the concert than were allowed in the rec. room at one time. Thankfully, we were able to share two concerts so they wouldn't have to turn dozens of men away. We're praying the Lord again draws their hearts.

Pray for extra grace. Due to the 18+ age limitations, we'll only be able to bring 6 of us into the facility (Dad, Mom, Elizabeth, Matthias, Stephen, and Hannah). Because much of our music includes the younger ones (specifically Susanna and Alaythia), we'll be scrambling to know how to best improvise without them.

Pray for an outpouring of the God's Holy Spirit. As Dad opens the Word, we pray it will fall on hungry soil. Encouraging, convicting, and uplifting. We pray we are willing, open vessels for the Lord to flow through.

Thank you from the depths of our hearts. We will look forward to updating you!

36 hours. 420 cupcakes baked, frosted, and decorated. A gorgeous wedding.

Also, add to that list a few ministry concerts enroute. Some great times reconnecting with friends. Making new friends. Sharing classical chamber music for the first time.

And I'd say its been quite a weekend! The first of a couple picture-packed blog posts on the blog today:

Our fiddle girls are changing their tune! They were asked to play for a dear friend's wedding, so classical music is the order of the day. Practice, practice, practice!
