I have not failed but I have stood on the shoulders of great men and sold their ideas as my own because money and winning are the only things that matter... screw Edison, Tesla FTW!
edison is the biggest load of bullshit ever smeared on science's face. and i'm from nj. we tell it like it is.
To say something about spending enough time on a project is ridiculous?? lol. Jeane Pierre Pardo..I don't think you know who Thomas Edison really is. He's the person who invented what conducts electricity that forms light through glass for you and your family to see at night during dinners. he invented the light bulb. lol(unless your still stuck on candles or lamps lol) Amongst other things: mechanically vote recorder, the motion picture, battery for electric cars, etc. He might of spent a lifetime on some certain things but it wasnt only 1. Though he may have spent a lifetime to fix a few things but his work will be known through many generations and lifetimes to come. Not to many can do that. Though you barely make mistakes through your work and get things finished, what will others remember of it?? Will it be great enough to to make an everlasting impression that will help light up the and become very usefull to for world to use?? Do your research b4 you speak ill of something someone has done for the good in his lifetime and ours, and 4the children of tommorrow. Good day:)
The value of the gift is created in the usage. Even horse manuer is good for certain things. The inventor probably envisioned much better use for it than most people put it to. There is a great deal of positive information available on TV. A knife can be used to slice bread or commit a crime. It's the users choice.
Not every1 thinks so paul?? But i agree..i don't like television either lol. I consider it a bin to suck out all imagination from the minds and instill crap in your head lol. just an opinion people don't fire on us k? lol
Sounds like a song on iTunes, Souls On Satellite! The television invention fell into the hands of mass manipulators. We're now a dumbed-down society, so distracted by sport, advertising and political smoke and mirrors via TV signals. It has captured our children and grandchildren, just like the marauders of yesteryear who enslaved millions. Nothing's really changed.
hmm heres me thinking it was that great scotsman john logie baird that invented the television.
Clyde ellingwood is right too. It true, its all on how we use it. Its just i think most people abuse it. I think America has abuse problems with everthing that becomes interesting. Tv, videogames, beer, cigs, sex, food, clothes, jewelry, all the above, and a little too much over the top.
