Menu
Wirtshaus is a traditional German Restaurant and Biergarten, specializing in authentic German food and freshly tapped beer. Featuring over 30 German beers and a great selection of German and Austrian wines. Authenticity is the key for us at the Wirtshaus, and we strive to bring you the best in traditional German cuisine. Our menu includes various versions of Schnitzel, Sausages, Knödel and of course, Pretzels.

The atmosphere at the Wirtshaus is fun, laid back and “gemütlich”. Come hang out and enjoy yourself on one of the long wooden tables inside or in the lush Biergarten outside.

Loved my first visit here! Good service, great food, awesome beer selection. And I got a free pretzel with a Yelp check-in! I told the waitress I enjoyed red ales and brown ales and she recommended the popular Paulaner Oktoberfest. It was awesome and I'm glad she recommended it. I also ate the rabbit sausage with potato salad and fried potatoes - delicious. We played Jenga at a table outside all night. Had a lot of fun and think it's a great addition to a pretty bland part of town. Excited to go back.

Love the Ping Png room and Pretzels! They have more real German beers on tap here than any bar in LA

There's lovely seating on the patio. The server was friendly and attentive. The Wurstplatte is a great dish to find out which of their sausages you like best. The Schnitzel with the garlic sauce and fried egg is awesome. Many sides to choose from, it was great with the spaetzle and cauliflower. I would say the flavors may not be 100% authentic German, but close enough and very yummy, so that doesn't matter.

I like the beer selection and the so-so German food. Good as America gets for German cuisine. Liked the, location, and friendly waitress. I hated waiting an hour to pay my check. I really hated how I had a $27 tab, and they ran my card for $36. But after waiting an hour just for that, it wasn't, t worth my time to fix it. THANKS.

Huge selection of German beers on taps and some fairly authentic ears, though the curry wurst wasn't that tasty.
