I have Bought 5 cars from winner ford and will not go any place else. Dino Rucci and his sales team are on the ball and are fully knowledgeable about all the cars they sell. From start to Finish Winner ford made my car buying experience a pleasure. My Son will be needing a new car soon and my first and only stop will be to Winner Ford!! John Mannis was my sales rep I highly recommend him. John has been is the business for over 15 years and knows the inventory and the product better than any one. John spent hours with me driving several cars till i found the prefect one. I ended up with a 2012 fusion that was in brand new condition. With a price that was lower than any other ford dealer in the area.

Why I would never purchase a vehicle from Winner Ford!!!!!! In May of 2013, I took my 2010, fully loaded with everything except navigation, Ford Fusion Sport with 14,500 miles, to Winner Ford to find out what the trade in value would be. The used car manager, who is no longer there, and the current manager, Dino, told me that my vehicle was valued at $16,500. (My vehicle was like new and needed no work whatsoever.) Today, 7-6-13, I saw that Winner Ford has a 2011 Ford Fusion Sport with 20,987 miles (stock # PC9078, last five of vin # 79078). This vehicle appears to be identical to my vehicle with the exception of the year and mileage. (Keep in mind that Ford puts out the upcoming year vehicles in July and that I purchased my vehicle in June of 2010. Therefore, the vehicle could be around the same age.) I called and spoke to Lavern Ford. Mr. Ford advised me that the sticker price of the vehicle was $23,000 and change and the internet price was $22,829. I asked Mr. Ford if he would be able to come down on the price and he advised me that the internet price was final, with the exception of $100 or $200. WOW!!! They valued my vehicle, which is almost identical, at $16,500. Yet they are selling an almost identical vehicle, with more mileage, for $22,829. That’s approximately at 37% mark up. That’s a hell of a mark up. Now, Dino told me that he has to pay to have the vehicle certified. In a previous discussion with Dino, I asked him if the mechanics at Winner Ford get paid by the hour or by the vehicle. They get paid by the hour, so they get paid whether they are working on a vehicle or not. Why should the consumer have to pay for that. This is just my experience with Winner Ford. In no way am I telling anyone not to do business with Winner Ford. Let me repeat, in no way am I telling anyone not to do business with Winner Ford. (Disclaimer) This is just my experience and seeing that they possibly mark up their used vehicles by 37% makes me not want to purchase any vehicles from there. Please feel free to follow me, as I do customer reviews on business’s and their greed.

Thank you Winner Ford for a FANTASTIC car buying experience. The Service was exceptional, the prices couldn't be beat and the Staff was Amazing. Especially Richard DiLauro who went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. We will definitely recommend Winner Ford of Cherry Hill to all of our Friends, Family and Strangers.

Winner Ford is a great place to buy a car. I had the best buying experience. My sales person Jennifer McGeehan was top notch. She made the entire process as simple as possible. I highly recommend her. Bill the manager is a great guy. He knows how to take care of his customers. Everyone at Winner Ford did an excellent job. I would recommend Winner Ford to anyone one who is looking for a new or used car and wants a simple no hassle deal. Simply put, they are the best.

I had the best car buying experience at Winner Ford on 1/31/14. My salesman Marty Syer was top notch as well as his manager Gino. They both took their time with me and gave me a great deal on a 2014 Escape! I will not go anywhere else to purchase a new vehicle again! Winner Ford is the place to go for a quality American made vehicle in addition to financing options to fit you needs.

The diesel technicians are the worst. Stay away from this stealership. Not even worth one star. Took my truck to get fix they couldnt figure out the problem. Spent 1000$ still not fixed.

Winner Ford sent out a mailer that included a scratch-off section in which if the number below the scratch-off material matched the number below one of the pictured prizes (which included a 46" TV, an XBox, an iPad, $25,000 cash, $2,500 cash, $750 cash, a $500 pre-loaded Visa gift card, and a $500 "online shopping card"), you'd win that prize. Imagine my excitement when the number I scratched off matched the number underneath an iPad! So I call the phone number listed and reserve my spot to pick up my prize and went to bed excited that I'd be the proud owner of an iPad, and I could perhaps give that as a gift to a family member and really give them a great Christmas! Tonight after work, I went to Winner Ford to claim my prize, and was told by the gentleman (when I walked in) that he'd have to "check the prize board" to see what I'd won, at which point he walked over to one of the windows of the store on which there was a taped piece of paper, looked at it for two seconds, and then walked back and handed me a card that was a "$500 online shopping card." Perturbed, I asked the gentleman if there was some sort of catch, and he informed me that there was none. At this point, I was upset because I felt like I'd been lied to. The cards they'd mailed out CLEARLY made it look like I'd won an iPad, only for me to come in and find out that I'd won a "$500 online shopping card" to some website I'd never even heard of. Regardless, one can still spend $500 shopping online and get some really nice stuff, right? Wrong: The shopping card was usable on only ONE, EXTREMELY LAME online 'shopping mall website' which houses only cheap "as seen on TV" products and B-Grade reject products that no one would be interested in. To add insult to injury, even though I'd won a "$500 shopping card," ANYTHING I'd even CONSIDER buying from this joke of a website required me to GIVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION to pay for shipping and handling... IF IT'S A $500 CARD, WHY AM I PAYING ANYTHING?! Winner Ford made a shameless grab for customer leads with a deliberately misleading mailer that listed eight possible prizes, and only one of the eight seemingly actually attainable. Coincidentally, this is also the lamest of the bunch by far. I walked in there thinking I'd won an iPad. I walked out with a useless "$500 online shopping card" to some "online shopping mall website" I'd never even heard of, only to find out that I'd have to pay $13.99 shipping and handling on a "7 piece pot and pan set" that actually only had one pan and three pots, the other three pieces of the "7 piece set" being the LIDS TO THE POTS. If Winner Ford ever says you've won something, demand that they tell you immediately what it is you've won. Otherwise, you'll walk out of there having given them a free sales lead (your own information) while they hand you nothing. They couldn't even reimburse me for the gas I'd spent going there. Winner Ford? More like, LOSER Ford, because no matter what: YOU. LOSE. Merry Christmas!
