Curator Matthew Burchette gets up close and personal with one of the world's most powerful fighters, the F-16 Viper. Check out the "seeker" tip on the AIM-9 Sidewinder, feel the WHOOSH of 1,600 MPH as you stand on the runway at Buckley AFB and meet a professional F-16 pilot with more than two decades of experience. BAM! This is gonna be good.

In 2014, we received this O-2 Skymaster from the estate of Bill Duff. The aircraft was stored outside for over 15 years, and it showed. Luckily one of our restorations volunteers, Nolan Hargrave, a Vietnam War forward observer, led the effort to get this aircraft back to life. There is still work to be done, but the O-2 is now freshly painted and available for public viewing!

The F-104 Starfighter is a supersonic interceptor aircraft flown by the United States Air Force from the late 1950s to the late 1960s. Designed for pure speed, the F-104 boasts a powerful J79 engine that can launch it to speeds of over 1,400 MPH. Wings' starfighter served tours in Vietnam as well as with the Puerto Rico Air National Guard before being retired. Join curator Matthew Burchette as he gets up close and personal with the "missile with a man in it".
