If your server farm is in the middle of the Pacific ocean, what laws....any laws...
And that, my friend, is your problem.
U.S. soldiers have complained that their main rifle and round, the M4 carbine and its 5.56, lacked lethality in Afghanistan against a Taliban enemy that does not often wear body armor. Without a shot to the head, the enemy could take several 5.56 hits and keep going, soldiers said in surveys.
“If the Russians are coming across mechanized, with airborne and infantry units wearing their body armor, it basically means the Ukrainian rifles have no ability to penetrate the body armor worn by the Russian troops, meaning you’re talking about having to shoot somebody six, seven, eight times, in the chest,” Mr. Traudt said. “They’re going to get bumped, but there’s no lethality involved.”

Uncircling hard core liberals and A(nti)theist everywhere.
Do not follow me if you are a liberal or atheist. I have enough of you already. I know I'm wrong, I don't need to be told more than once per day. - I'm serious.

Profession: I am the Directing Agent with The Wayne Agency.
We have two divisions: The Wayne Life Agency & Wayne Group Benefits Services
With WLA, we work with young people on term life with Transamerica LB (Living Benefits) as well as helping them start to look at savings and retirement (separate things) with Indexed UL products. I most enjoy working with Transamerica Life because of the exiting and diversified product line which we offer, but we do work with Fidelity & Guaranty Life for Annuities, and IUL products, as well. Whatever is right for the client is the priority.
I have helped people making $35,000 per year and people making $200,000 per year. You don't have to be loaded to save money and have fantastic insurance at the same time.
If you live in NC, SC, TN, or VA and would like for me to help you with your needs, please let me know. Also, if you live in other areas, I still am here for you to ask questions and for me to be a "sounding board." I have friends in many states who are fantastic agents and are more than capable of meeting your needs.
On a side note: My first life insurance claim involved a grandfather and a six year old granddaughter. Don't tell me your child doesn't need life insurance.
With Wayne Group Benefits Services we provide supplemental services to small to medium sized businesses from Washington National Insurance. WN is a fantastic company! They are small enough to reach and big enough to pay; and pay they do. They have a 24 hr turn around on all initial major claims (except life), such as heart, stroke, coma, cancer, etc. Products include: Cancer, Critical Care, Accident, workplace term and IUL life, short term disability, and more.
Amateur Radio, Android, Apple. Former trucker, now semi-retired (ha!, get it?). I've been here on G+ since day 2.
Amateur Radio: I'm an Amateur Extra class - W4BWH. I enjoy 2 meters, 17, 20, and 40 meters. I don't like using the word "Ham." I just don't like it. I know, the word's history goes back to the beginning of Amateur Radio, but I just don't like it, in general.
Current Amateur Radio Interests:
- Modes & Meters: I work on mainly 20, 15, 17, 40 and 80 meters in that order of preference. 10 meters bores me. I don't really like anything other than SSB Phone, although it is just preference and I know at some point I'll start exploring other modes.
- I write for the South Eastern Repeater Journal.
- Wayne County Amateur Radio Assn: Vice President and in charge of events.
- Duplin County Amateur Radio Assn: President and project manager - an extremely new club..
- ARRL Roanoke Division: I'm about to start working on my POI.
- My QRZ Page with pictures of my equipment.
Sports: If you have a sports or an MLB Circle, I have both, put me in them! I am a Washington Nationals and Cinci Reds, and just a plain old Baseball fan! The NYM are my old time favorite, but they're in the gutter with me! I could care less about the NFL or the NBA. But, if I'm going to watch the NFL, I like the Bears, Steelers, and whomever is good; with the NBA, I just want to watch who's good, I have no preference.
Tech: I am an Apple advocate. I have an iPhone 5, iPad 4, and a MBPro. In our home, if it's not Apple it isn't welcome. I used Android for three years and I appreciate it. But, I am more impressed with technology that works and isn't constantly being split. Android absolutely has it's place. I love Tech related history and behind the scenes books on how our tech businesses have evolved.
Writing: I am a writer by nature. I am currently writing a series of short stories. Yes, of course I hope to publish them in one volume. Hemingway said, "We live life and we write about it. Now, lets go live life." I use Scrivener and have a Circle; let me know.Who I am: On a part-time basis, I'm more than half-way through my second college career at 39. I am majoring in a research B.A. in History, European (not for teaching license). East Carolina is where I will receive my bachelor's degree in European History and I intend on continuing at ECU for a masters in European History. At this point, I'm literally doing this for kicks. Currently, I'm not enrolled, but I intend on doing a couple classes at a time starting in the fall just to add one more freaking thing to the list of crap I have to do everyday. If it doesn't get in the way of my business, I'll do it.
Passions: I love how my business helps people and that's how I have learned to be passionate about my business; as an agent, I've seen life insurance completely change customer's lives. I am passionate about History (esp. European and early American); Technology (Mac, Google, mobile tech); social media; Culinary Coffee; biblical research and textual criticism, systematic theology, historical theology, and I think I could really dig literary criticism if I had more time on my hands. I like to write, I mean with my hands with a Lamy fountain pen, Noodler's inks, and Rhodia or Clairefontaine paper.
