Willingham & Cotè, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mr. Theodore (“Ted”) Marshall has joined the firm. His practice will focus on civil litigation.
Ted earned his law degree in 2016 at Wayne State University School of Law, and was recently admitted to the Bar. While in Law School he served as the President of The Federalist Society and participated in the Wayne State Business and Community Law Clinic.

When not pursuing his legal career, Ted enjoys running. He recently completed the Detroit International Marathon.

Please join us in congratulating Amanda Pileggi, who will serve as President of the Women Lawyers Association, Mid-Michigan Chapter. 

As President of the board, Amanda will assist in the growth of the mid-Michigan chapter, oversee annual social events and strive to secure the full and equal participation of women in the legal profession throughout mid-Michigan.

The Women Lawyers Association of Michigan dates back to 1919, when it was created by five female lawyers.  At its inception, emphasis was placed on strengthening professional connections between women attorneys, sharing knowledge, experiences, and information, and mentoring the next generation of up-and-coming female lawyers.  Amanda N. Pileggi is a member of  Willingham & Coté, P.C. ‘s  Litigation Group.  Her practice focuses on no-fault litigation and insurance coverage.

Amanda completed her law degree at Michigan State University College of Law.  While attending Michigan State University College of Law, Amanda served as a Symposium Coordinator and Team Leader for the MSU College of Law International Law Review.

Willingham & Coté, P.C. is proud to announce its 2014/2015 board members.  Ms. Lee Reimann is the firm President.  Mr. Tony Kogut is Vice President, Mr. Michael Stephenson is the Treasurer and Mr. Jim Dalton is serving as secretary.  The board is responsible for guiding the strategic direction, policy and procedures, as well as ensuring the fiscal health of the firm.  Each member serves a one-year term. 

The firm is also pleased to announce the hire of a new associate, Mr. Daniel P. Steele, Jr.  Mr. Steele is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.   Mr. Steele handles complex litigation involving all aspects of insurance coverage.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Steele focused his practice on the defense of medical malpractice claims.  He has experience representing physicians and hospitals throughout the litigation process and at the appellate level.   In his free time, Mr. Steele enjoys golf, travel and Michigan State athletics.
