I freaking love Emerald City Crossfit. Awesome workouts and an even more awesome group of people who always provide positive motivation. Rock on!

It's a nice local neighborhood spot for getting work done or hanging out. The coffee is from Intelligentisia. It's OK. They have lots of sweeter coffee drinks. Maybe not the choice of the hard-core coffee drinker, but a great spot to grab some iced sweetness and relax. Always had friendly baristas.

When I first walked in, the store looked nice, but then upon further inspection I noticed there were a ton of dead fish in the aquariums. There was also a very mangy looking dog wandering around the shop, a random parrot in one of the aisles, and red-belly piranhas in a large tank with no top or warning sign up. Workers didn't seem interested in cleaning the tanks or helping out customers either. Ghetto. I wouldn't ever buy fish or anything else from this place.
