We just moved here from Houston and moved into a new house. We had just about every problem in a new home you could thing of. Our new house had been vacant for over two years and bought it in a foreclosure. !st weekend in our home the AC quit working and my wife started calling AC companies and no one seemed to be answering their phones and finally we got to WHM's number and it was answered in first ring. The person that answered the phone was very polite and assured us we would get service today. They sent a technician out in about an hour and he quickly diagnosed the problem as some kind of part for the fan motor, put it on and checked our system and signed us up on their maintenance contract. We feel extremely fortunate to have stumbled onto a company of such professionalism and honesty, Thank you WHM

Even though there site says free service call and estimate they charge you 65.00 anyways. I work at a property management company where i handle all the work orders from our properties. We uses William's home Maintenance for every appliance problem. That's about $600 minimum a month on a regular basis. One day i got a bill for 65.00 i called Tonya at WHM and asked her what for since we didnt approve the work, since i have to call the owner of the property with the estimate first. Tonya and her boss Jackie basically said they dont do free estimates even though i was staring at their site which stated that they do. I asked Tonya why wouldn't they say this to me when i ordered the on site estimate. She refused to answer the question. I told her boss Jackie we would have to stop referring business to them and stop using them as my vendor she told me to pay my bill and hung up. Not only were they dishonest but they were rude.

Never is my life have I come across a company like Williams Home Maintenance. Their service and quality is second to none. They actually listen to you and help to solve your problem in a prompt and professional manner. Recently they installed all new high efficiency heat/ac system(3 units). My home has never felt more comfortable, my utility costs have decreased significantly and they helped me get a $1000 rebate with my electric company to help pay for it. Amazing company, better people.

About 5 years ago I had a wonderful experience with Williams Home Maintenance. They came in and installed a new confection microwave over our new oven/stove and also put in a new dish washer. At the time they also tiled our kitchen and a couple of other area's of our home. Recently we needed more tile work done. So I called Williams Home Maintenance. I don't know who answered the phone as she didn't give a name. She simply answered, "Williams Home Maintenance." There was a lot of noise in the background and it was hard to hear her so I talked a bit louder than usual to make sure she could hear me. I explained how we were happy with their previous work and would like for them to come out again for 2 bathrooms we needed to have tile installed in. She replied, "We don't do tile." and hung up. Thus not giving me the chance to ask if they know or would recommend anyone. I began to do some online research and found out that service has indeed taken a downhill turn since our last encounter with them. At first I didn't understand why. Then I read that Mr. Williams that use to own the business sold it and retired. Unfortunately the new owner{s} seem to be running things into the ground. We went back and found our old receipts. It seems that Mr. Williams had subcontracted someone to come out and do the tile work. At least we were able to track down who it was. No thanks to the people who now run Williams Home Maintenance. Be leery of current positive reviews. They could be reviews by the owner{s} and/or employees and/or family members. At the very least they seem to be the rare exception as of late.
