Comparing the service received for price paid, I feel this hotel is worthy of a 5 star review. I was quite surprised by the room. $50 late checkout fee is applicable (if available) to delay check out from 10am to 1pm. Reception staff were happy to remove the fee when I checked out at 10:30am due to work! Quite impressed.

The kitchen management was shocking. Our group of 11 arrived first at 6:30pm. Our ordered meals came in staggered over 1.5-2 hours. Rubbing salt to injury, the three groups that arrived after us and were receiving their orders thick and fast. The dishes were 50-50: half of our meals were really tasty, but half were quite bland. I don't think we will be returning ...
