majorly important is this topic. Probably the devil in the details regarding why fat is vilified in study after observational study. Although i doubt it would make much of a difference if people really knew how carcinogenic cooking is, how atherosclerotic. The stroke belt of the south is pretty incontrovertible evidence that deep fried is NOT the way to go. But as they say its easier to change a persons religion, than their diet. Not that there is even a meaningful distinction in my opinion. . .
