Sanders to Senate: If We Don't Overturn Citizens United, the Congress Will Become Paid Employees of the billionaire class.
Unless the campaign financing system is reformed, the U.S. Congress will become paid employees of the people who pay for their campaigns -- the billionaire class. Needless to say, not everyone on the Committee agreed....

This guy is a worse than a bad idea as a preferential candidate. It's ironic that so many extreme right wing-nuts who were so misguided in they're fears that Obama would shut the country down, completely look past the fact that this guy did shut it down. Can you imagine him in the white house??? We'd all be eating "green eggs and ham!"

" which led to a tense standoff between Democrats and Republicans and ultimately resulted in a 17-day government shutdown."

Gene Wilder is absolutely one of my favorite actors of all time. It's refreshing to hear his honest opinion of the remake of Charlie & the Chocolate Factory. I always wonder what original actors / producers / directors etc from classic movies think about remakes of their movies, especially original screen plays.
Watching Gene reflect on his career in this interview is really enjoyable. It's never easy seeing people we know from film, where their youth and energy is locked in time forever, in their old age but none the less it's great seeing him here.

Call me crazy but I'd be willing to bet that a good amount of these Bluetooth issues are more user error than bad hardware.

Have extra time & money you want to rid yourself of while receiving unsolicited sales pitches in a dirty and uncomfortable dentist office? Look no further!
reviewed:
Riverside Dental
2630 West Belleview Avenue #260, Littleton, CO 80123
To sum it up avoid this place at all costs. I needed a routine cleaning so I visited this office because it was close to home. I arrived at noon on a Friday knowing that as a new patient it would probably take a couple hours. To begin on a positive note I didn't have to wait long before I was taken back for x-rays, which was nice. Unfortunately, that was the only quick part of the visit I'd experience. The tech shooting x-rays had to do so repeatedly because she kept missing the target, this process took over an hour... bite - hold - zap, bite - hold - zap, bite - hold - zap... Once that was done I was taken to a dirty little exam room where I was given a once over by the dentist who proceeded to talk 100 mph about how bad my teeth were and all the stuff I needed to have done. It was nothing but a sales pitch: 4 fillings, deep cleanings, bone grafts, flossers, rinsers, etc etc - I've had regular check ups my whole life & I've never even had a cavity. You can imagine my dismay. I turned down the extras and said I'd think about it, then waited and waited. Around 3pm I asked someone when I would receive the cleaning I came in for and was told that they'd have to reschedule so they could do the deep cleaning I had turned down. This of course was unacceptable so "Fine," I said, "do the damned deep cleaning." $500 was the cost but it would "alleviate my gum line 4's & 5's." Whatever... She finally finished cleaning around 4:30pm, I paid my $500 using my HSA and got the hell outta there. That was about a month ago and this week I just received an invoice that shows they charged me nearly $3000 for the visit, of which I am responsible for over $1,500. This includes more pictures than I took on my last vacation, x-rays galore, irrigations, scrapings, "unspecified procedures", and on and on. I'm filing a grievance with my insurance company and hope that I don't get stuck having to pay - What a crock! I now understand why people hate going to the dentist :(

Oh man, run away and never go back!  Long story: My employer switched dental insurance, and my dentist of 8 years was not covered on the new one.  I went to a new dentist that is part of "Smile Generation" (one of the many new corporate dentists like comfort dental, et. al.)  I had a pretty similar experience there.  I made the mistake of going twice.  Though the 1st time I got out for about $175, so it didn't seem HORRIBLE.   The 2nd time, they did that same gum pocket depth measurement nonsense.  Told me I needed that $500 treatment right away.  Really high pressure stuff.  I walked out.  Like you I have good dental history, so I went back to my old dentist, had them do their own measurements, and they were getting 2's and one 3, where the corporate dentist had all 4's and 5's (mostly 5!).  I also had them check where the corporate dentist said I had a deep cavity that would require some serious work and they said the tooth was perfectly healthy.  The dentist recommended I report them to the BBB.  So not only is it a sales pitch, its a straight up scam.  I now go to my old dentist and just pay cash for it.  They give me a decent discount just for coming back.

TLDR; They lie about your dental health and I've had other dentists prove it.  Don't ever go back!
