This is not a good business. After placing the order, it took more than 30 minutes for someone to call and verify a credit card. I indicated my dissatisfaction to the individual who called with the amount of time it had taken and was informed that on weekends they're always slammed. This would indicate a business opportunity. I.e. staff up for the busy times to improve throughput and customer satisfaction. I was also informed that for Pinkberry it's cash only. When the delivery driver arrived, the price he quoted included the credit card processing fee and he informed me that the delivery fee didn't include his tip. If you're desperate for food and don't want to leave the house, I suppose it's worth it, but don't have any illusions about the professionalism of the service.
