Good morning to u. today I'm starting my squat challenge. 9/20/16. I need all the support and friends out here for encourage and support I can get. I'm 49 years old and weigh 273.2 was 285 at one point. I don't like the way I look and it really affects my self esteem. I'm just tired. But as of today I am cometting to doing this. But I got to stay strong this time.

Take On The Squat Challenge That Works!

Most squat challenges add more and more reps over the course of a month, but that isn't an effective way of strengthening your muscles and getting that 'toned' look.

Instead, you need to progress to add resistance (just like you would in the gym) by progressing to tougher squat variations.

Hi Will, Is this challenge an effective, safe choice for me to use to strengthen muscles around my knees so that I can do other exercises without causing knees to burn for the next four days after 15 mins on stair climber on lowest, slowest setting?  I am just getting started, have a sedentary job and in disgusting shape.
