Great pictures of the Shuttle fly-over DC/VA/MD
Some stood on coolers. Others on bridges and sidewalks. Mouths were agape and fingers were pointed skyward. Some were jubilant at the sight of the aging giant, and still others not so much.

“I’m a little sad because I can remember when the space program first started, and I’ll miss it,” said Discovery watcher Carol Morgan.
