David H. Stein, Wilentz Shareholder and Co-chair of the Banking and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, was appointed as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Equity Jurisprudence Committee and the Business and Commercial Litigation Committee. Last night, Alyson M. Leone, Shareholder and member of the firm’s Healthcare and Corporate teams, was initiated as Chair-Elect of the New Jersey State Bar Association Health Law Section at its Annual Meeting. The mission of the Bar’s Health Law Section is to keep members informed of frequent changes in laws and regulations affecting the provision of health care services. Ms. Leone formerly served as Vice Chair from 2016-2017, secretary from 2015-2016 and Chair of the Publications Committee. She is also a member of the Bar’s Business Law Section.
