On November 13-15, the American Institute of Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) will hold its annual national conference – the Forensic and Valuation Services Conference – in Las Vegas, Nevada. During the session “The Million Dollar Claim for Lost Profits – How to Make it Stick,” Willard Shih, a trial attorney in Wilentz’s Commercial Litigation group, will discuss the many challenges to making a claim for lost profits, especially for future losses.
