Read reviews online. This casino will literally ask you to leave if you start to win. The pit boss will ask you to "get off their gaming floor" if you get on a roll. You don't need to drink, you don't need to be loud, you just need to win money. Then they threatened to keep my mesley $5000 if I didn't fill out a W9 which you do not need to fill out unless you with $10,000 or more. I literally asked them if they were serious and they said, "You aint getting your chips or your money unless you fill out that form". I filled it out. I contacted the Arizona Gaming Commission and they said, "This is frequent complaint at this casino and part of an ongoing investigation". Go to the Golf Casino 15 minutes north. They are polite, they will comp you, and they are a higher class. Do not give your money to filthy people who already profit enough off of poor people and cant stand it when one person wins. I look forward to seeing what the gaming commission does to them.

This has been the worst experience we have ever had at any hotel anywhere. The room is dirty including red wine spots on the glassware in the room and bugs crawling through the bathroom. The rest of the glassware so appeared unwashed. Carpet throughout was dirty and worn. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Just one thing after another was way too much to forgive having spent 5 nights here. Charged $50 for the equivalent of a Denny's breakfast. $30 for a Starbucks breakfast. I wish there was something good I could say about this place but they made it impossible.

Had a good time. Live band and friendly staff. Don't lose money too quickly so it's entertaining.

Small casino floor gets crowded on weekends. Nice poker room. Haven't stayed at the hotel.

went on the bus with senior citizens from the sons of Italy, little did we know coming home at 4 on an awful hot day that the bus had no air cond. the trip was a good hour long to phoenix. we were beyond miserable and one woman needed medical care. we stopped at cvs where they took her blood pressure and it was very low she was weak and couldn't get her breath, we learned that because the bus was free for us they gave us one that had no air and there were at least 35 senior citizens on board, an awful way to save a buck at the expense of people's health, you will be hearing from others as they were very angry.the morning ride in was at 9 to 10 so the heat wasn't that awful yet or we would have taken care that free or not that was an awful thing to do to people and not let it happen.

I've been to all the casino's resorts out here, You will meet arogant, wash-out employees, and the most annoying wood peckers here..These Indian casino's should really close down and be farm land..I think it would be a profitable business..I really don't think ..their ancestors appreciate them having casino' brings the worst out of people!! I have seen the desperado zombie's in casino's trying to win money..looking around for someone to rob..Or try to follow you home..Be careful..there are people who will stalk you..And follow you sneakly in their vehicles..This happens a lot in Indian casino's!! Highrollers get robbedd or followed look around you..most people blend in with crowd in Arizona

Bed bugs!!! creepy little bed bugs. My family and I got bitten we called the front desk and we offered a free lunch for our discomfort. We asked for our money back but was told that it was not an option. I called back and got yelled at by a Kim or karen at the front desk. Never again.

Mr. Setab, We are not showing a past reservation in your name anywhere in our system. We also do not have a front desk employee by those names. Please feel free to reach out to me if your reservation is under another name as I am happy to pull reports and reach out to you to get more information. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. I can be reached at (520) 796-4903.

Good but machines are a little tight but better than most casinos in Arizona
