Hello! I have several questions on Form Entry. I would like to record in MySql my particular server.
1. Create a new project. It contains only the 5 standard fields; 3. Press the "Save"; 4. Export PHP Archive; 5. Edit the file "formentry.php": $mysql = true; // true or false ('true' is to use database, 'false' does not) $mysql_host = 'localhost'; // database host name, typically, localhost $mysql_db_name = 'lexinthai_form'; // database name $mysql_user_name = 'xxxi_xxx'; // user name to database $mysql_password = 'zzzzz'; // password for user 6. Copy files from my folder to the server; 7. Create a database in PhpMyAdmin "formentry" 8. Imports files "formentry.php_html.sql" database "formentry"; 9. Copy my form to iphone; 10. If i try to submit the form to the server - i get an responce "Column "Create" specified twice"
