Very bad service. I booked a bike using my credit card. I got the successful transaction message but when I reached to collect my bike, their system showed that they didn't received any money. After few days of follow up they admitted that they received a money and told they will refund it. Overall service provided by them and follow up calls with customer care was pathetic. Because of them I had to cancel my trip. My advice: Don't believe in their system, it's a crap and if you book a bike using wicked ride the be sure that you have some alternate arrangement s done because they can betray you at the last moment.

Hi I booked RE Himalayan from Wicked Ride. My over all experience is great!! Thanks to Manjunath, my bookings and all interactions were very smooth and pleasant. I completely depended on him and he was very helpful. I had hired 2 bikes and both were is very good conditions. In fact I took it to remote places in Himalaya and it was always dependable on very bad roads and under sub zero temp. I must also thank Royal Enfield for making a great bike. Would also like to thank Pradeep, who rode from Jaipur and delivered 1 bike at my place at Noida. He was also very helpful and ensured a carrier is fixed so that I can go ahead with my trip. Over all it is 5 start experience but I am holding 1 star as there were minor expectation mismatches, which could have been avoided. Over all one can depend on bikes of Wicked-Rides. Their rates are reasonable. They value customers and focus on customer satisfaction.

Bikes are in good condition but too many & worst rules. There's a distance limit. There's a penalty if u delay in returning back. There's a speed limit and the penalty is Rs 300 for each instance. Most of it does not make sense to me. Why would I hire a superbike or an RE which has a speed limit of 100. I understand within the city but on the highways, 100 is way to less. I would rather hire a Spender or Activa and ride it as they would stay below 100.

Hi Raghuveer, penalties are not to make money but to act as a deterrent to prevent over speeding. Similarly, late return penalty is also to avoid unpleasant experiences that a customer has to go through while having to wait for a long time to collect your bike, just because someone else has taken your time for granted and not planned to return on time or extend the booking accordingly. That said, we have put together our policies reasonably after careful consideration and market research. The penalties are only there to ensure that the hirers operate within these guidelines.

Booking ID: BLBM014903 Dear Wicked Ride Members, Today, for the first time, I used your service. My pickup point was "Baiyappanahalli metro station." I must say, I was very disappointed by the service. Allow me to explain. My scheduled pickup was at 9.00AM. Booking was done for 6 hours, i.e., drop at 3PM. However, I reached the place at 8.15AM. That is 45 minutes early. Even though the staff were well behaved, it took them 45mins to get all the pre-pickup procedures done. What if I had reached at 9.00AM instead? Does the booking include this time? Do we have to waste 45mins every time we book a ride? Don't you think it is cheating? Before leaving, I asked for bike documents. The staff said they were under the bike seat (I had booked KTM Duke 200). But when I opened it, to my surprise, there was nothing. When I informed this to your staff, they said that the documents will be mailed to your office email id. Not every one has access to their office email on the go. I hope you get my point. This is where I realized that there is no point in arguing further. Then there was the condition of bike. The bike looked dirty. Splashes of mud all over it. The seats were covered with dust. Left Mirror was broken. In my experience, the bike was not even serviced. There was serious gear shifting problems. The bike behaved like as if the gear liver had a mind of its own. Shifting the gear to neutral was so much of work. I gave up after some time. Last, but not the least, I dropped the bike around 12.30PM, even though I had booked for 6 hours. At the end, there was no acknowledgement provided when I dropped the bike. Not even a receipt. When I asked the staff about it, they said they have noted down the time-of-return & they will upload it later. Please tell me how should I trust these people that they will report it promptly? Even they can take the bike out for a spin since I have returned it early. I am very disappointed by the setup & service offered by you at Baiyappanahalli metro station. I hope you can avoid these things in the future to stay in the competition. Regards, A very disappointed customer.

They are very professional and the bikes are in great condition. They know the true meaning of customer service and go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied with the service. Overall experience of hiring the bike from them was hassle free and very professional. The leadership team is great and they really strive to offer the best experience for the customers.

Worst maintained bikes. We took a classic 350 from Ecity and rode to Gonikoppal. At Kushalnagar, the bike broke down due to issues with brake liner. I called up WR customer care and there was no response. Luckily we were near a RE service center and got it repaired for Rs 1500, wasting 4hrs. On the way back the backwheel jammed and customercare was holding us for 2hrs near Ramnagara. Worst customer experience. WR is not ready to refund the repair costs and offering another free ride. We would never take a bike from WR.

Lovely and awesome site and they hve the solution for any problems Today I booked a ride which is my 3rd time from wicked but the location of store was too far from me I was worried and then called to their customers explained my problem to them what I got the solution . Your executive's are really helpfull Thanks for everything
