+Google "tl;dr: Google has indefinitely suspended my Payments account [...]. I will lose access to years of emails/photos/videos, and despite escalation attempts, it seems nothing can be done nor have I been given an explanation [...] I have a monthly subscription to Google Drive Storage, where 10 years of my emails, photos, videos are stored. That is cancelling tomorrow (June 2) unless I pay $1.99. The problem is the only way to pay is through your Google Payments account. You can't independently add a credit card outside of the Payments system.."
