Once our beautiful Gaggia Titanium arrived, the excitement ended. I had to ship it to New York twice for repairs. The machine came back still broken. It is still under warranty and I can't get them to replace the machine. Very poor technical support and customer service. I should have read the reviews before, since I am not the only person giving a 1 star rating. Is there anything I can do?

If you would like to order a product online, and then receive it without having to call customer service during business hours, this is not a website to order from. Great selection and good prices earned them the second star, but ordering from this company is more difficult than anywhere else. I ordered two products, and had to call their "order verifications department" during business hours to verify each order. This was inefficient, and I do not have time during the day to call a company and wait on hold to confirm an order that I have already placed. It would be very helpful if Whole Latte Love removed order verifications or made them possible without calling customer service, I have never encountered anything like this before. I would gladly change this review and order from them again if this process changed. Please listen to your customers, Whole Latte Love.

I purchased a $1800 machine from them in August. When it arrived the PID display was broken. They shipped me a new PID for free, which I installed myself. 4 months later, still under warranty, my pressure gauge stops working, and I contact their tech support. At this point I discover in order to get my machine fixed under warranty I have to pay all shipping costs from California back to New York for a 60 pound machine which is $200 even including the discounted return shipping, which the customer has to pay as well. I was told the repair would take 4 -6 weeks so I would be without my machine for 6-8 weeks including shipping time. Therefore I decided to get the machine repaired locally out of my own pocket. During that repair, which was $200, the repair guys found a problem with the OPV valve, which they diagnosed through talking with Whole Latte Love, who are the sole distributor in the US for my machine. This new repair will cost me a further $250, which I'm fine with as I don't want to lose my machine for 2 months with the risk of shipping damage etc. I just called Whole Latte Love seeing if they could ship me the $41replacement valve at no charge as the machine is under warranty and their tech diagnosed the issue over the phone with my local guy. They refused to help me. So I spend over $2000 on a machine and a grinder, save their techs the time it would have taken them to repair my machine, and they won't send me a replacement part free, which they were happy to do before for the PID. Very disappointing customer service. I would recommend you buy elsewhere and check the warranty policy if the vendor isn't local.

I never write reviews, however, had such a negative experience with this company that I feel compelled to warn others. I purchased a very expensive gaggia machine from them, that arrived, defective. I could not get a response from customer support when I asked them for an immediate return, and was then told that even though the produced was defective, I would be responsible for ALL shipping charges to return it. They delayed in authorizing a return, and insisted on me speaking with their technical support which was vey delayed in getting back to me. I am still not sure I will even receive a refund from them on my machine (which I was never even able to use)!

DO yourself a favor and go buy somewhere else..... this company has a very big the list of bad reviews. I'll share my experience, I've recently purchased a $1600-$1700 espresso machine with awesome specs which arrived quickly, BUT it NEVER produced a single good shot of espresso. 1. I did all the trouble shooting as per operational manual, 2. then I did the same with the sales person with the same results 3. THEN I was told I need to do the same with tech dept 4. AFTER tech department troubleshoot it I had to do the same with a manager of tech department, and the run-around it continues. So, after all troubleshooting, trying multiple kinds of coffee, using same coffee on multiple commercial grade espresso machines, using several commercial grinders I was told I should buy their grinder!!! NOTE, every coffee I'he tried on multiple espresso machines and I only couldn't get decent cup of espresso out of their's product!!! I have even offered to have them send me another machine (of the same kind) or to buy different machine if they ship this one at their expense BUT they refused! This lasted for close to 2 months... The customer service, sales and tech department have miserably failed in customer relations... They have lost a commercial customer who owns multiple machines, over a shipping cost!! Bad business I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN........

THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I have an espresso machine that is malfunctioning. I called technical service and explained the issue. The first response is that the pressure stat is bad. Then, I tell them that they sold me the pressure stat less than 4 months ago. Now the technical service person is telling me its not the pressure stat and that its likely the boiler heating element shorting out. The advised me to plug it into a GFI to verify. Plugging into a GFI did not indicate that the heating element is shorting out. Here are the facts... - the boiler will heat, but not hot enough to pull shots - The pstat will call for heat, andI can hear the machine heating until the vacuum breaker seals, then the stat stops calling for heat - after that, the dial on the pressure stat can be changed with no response This is a clear indication that the pressure stat has failed...a stat should not fail in <4 months!!! Thanks for nothing...

This is a great company. I ordered a Gaggia MDF grinder, it was quick and simple. Ordered it on a Sunday afternoon, got it Thursday that week and have been enjoying the best espresso, cortado, mocha; morning noon and night I have ever had. Whole Latte Love you're the best.

Surprised to see such bad reviews. My order last year shipped quickly and was by far the best price I found. To the person who doesn't like her Gaggia Classic steam wand, google the gaggia classic silvia wand modification. That will solve all your problems and is easy and cheap to do.
