Honestly, $99 for the urgent care services is pretty reasonable. I’ve gotten admitted into hospitals before so I know how much it is even with insurance. The staff is great and the provider has good bed side manners. Procedure for my issue took around an hour, around the time it took for the provider to come over. I’m pretty satisfied.

With the recent fires and heat wave in LA, I felt a heat stroke coming. I was feeling nauseous and exhausted, and felt the need to be seen by a professional. Unfortunately, all the urgent cares are too far for me and the emergency was too expensive, but I found this lovely house call service. The moment I called, I was introduced by a warm welcome from Jena. I told her the situation, and she suggested getting an IV as well. Honestly, it was extra damage onto my wallet, but I realize the urgent care would probably give me the same thing at a higher price. Anyways, my provider, Ana, came and helped me out. I got a virtual follow-up scheduled, too, to make sure I was doing well. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with White Coat’s service and will use them again in the future if I get sick.

I am very impressed by what they have to offer. I am not too happy about their timeliness, but I understand why it may take pretty long to get to me. I think my mind has adapted to very fast on-demand services, like Uber and Lyft, that I expect the same for a healthcare company. Even though I am a bit bitter, their IV ingredients were high quality and the practitioner was very accommodating.

Excellent service! Called at 10pm after breaking out in hives and within an hour, they were at my door. Prompt, and reliable, Natalie is a lifesaver. My hives were practically gone by the time she left. Super professional, caring and not the slightest bit annoyed by the late hour. The BEST part of it all was the price - $75 for a house call!!! On top of that, I received a follow up phone call the very next day, just to check up on how I was doing. I must say I was skeptical at first but I am so impressed by WhiteCoat and SO glad I found them. Awesome experience, highly recommended!!

Drinks at home? $20 Night out with drinks? $75 Night out with drinks with crazy friends? $$$ + Hangover IV therapy at home? $200 + Cured hangover. Currently, I am working very comfortably. I could have been recovering from a night I don’t remember.

Great Experience. I don't usually review but I just had to comment b/c honestly it was better than my primary physician. I was involved in an accident and my provider Amir cleaned me up pretty well via home visit, so I dodged a visit to the clinic. Chill and down-to-earth. Call them, you won't regret. Edit: spelling

I called in super late during around 10 PM, hoping their urgent care was open. I had a nasty pink eye that was freaking everyone out at work and bugging the hell out of me. When I called, the receptionist told me they were a house call urgent care, so I would not be able to go to them. I was interested, but I guess due to the popularity at night, they were booked (advice: you should schedule an appointment ahead of time if you feel sick at work). But the good news was they told me they can treat my pink eye issue through telemedicine! First of all, I had no idea house calls were a thing. Second of all, what the hell is telemedicine??? I got treated within 15 mins of my phone call over some video chat thing, and I even got prescribed eye drops. Moral of the story: you learn new things every day.

The service was really great. Before Jiman arrived, he also texted me to let me know he was on his way. They also updated me when he was stuck in traffic and running behind. It really helped that I was able to communicate with him the whole time. If I had any questions, he or a rep would respond immediately. It was my first time getting IV therapy. Jiman was very skilled; he found the vein right away and it didn't hurt. The exam and IV drip was done in 30 minutes and I felt so much better. Thanks Jiman!
