We have had 124cm/49" of snow in the past 7 days and it's still snowing up there!
What does this mean? We have a LOT of snow to control (for avalanche danger) on a LOT of terrain. When you couple heavy snowfalls over the course of many days with factors like high winds, opening terrain quickly becomes really challenging for our snow safety teams - it also affects the operation of our high alpine lifts.
Let's keep it safe out there, friends! Don't cross avalanche closure signs and understand we are doing our utmost best to get all of our guests shredding as soon as it's safe to do so. Patience is a virtue on epic pow days!
