Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are glad to hear that you thought our resort was great with a helpful staff and relaxing accommodations. On the other hand, we regret to hear that you experienced some challenges. Bug accusations are taken very serious at our resort and we advise our guests to contact us immediately while in house as they allows us the opportunity to rectify the situation. Once a guest leaves there is no way for us to verify and rectify there concerns. We apologize for inconvenience this may have caused and will share you comments with management. Although you have chose to never return, it is our hope that you allow us the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
