Vacationing the week of Thanksgiving 19-26 Nov 2016. Due to circumstances my family and guest had to check in two days before I could make it. Check in for them was a hassle at best. I am an owner at Westgate lakes, however this particular stay was book a year prior through Vacation Registry. As an owner I have a reasonable expectation that my family and guests will be received with the same courtesy as other owners. We are staying in the 2100 bldg and have had to call multiple times a day for a toilet not working. Each time someone is sent up to attempt to fix the problem. The problem continues to exist and has yet to be fixed. This is a continual inconvenience to everyone in my party. This has been a problem for 4 days and still ongoing. I would not recommend staying here again based on the level of service and problem resolution that the staff has provided.

Me and my wife got a free 2 day stay here. Very military friendly. Awesome service. Made our first experience in Orlando a memorable one. West Gate now has a lifelong customer. Keep up the good work guys. They went out of they're way to make sure everything I could think of was provided from laundry detergent all the way to dishes and silverware. Will definitely be back and recommend you to anyone looking for a good place to stay while visiting Disney.

The room was nice. The complaint we had is we agreed to do a 90 minute timeshare presentation to receive a $75 gift card and $25 cash back. We sat through it and was getting close to the end, and told our presentation guy that we didn't have much time left because we had to catch a flight. So we tell him we don't have the money, we're not interested. He then goes and brings someone else back to try to talk to us. We talk to her, it's getting to be 15 minutes past the presentation time. We tell them we're not interested. He then started becoming very rude and, essentially told us that we were stupid for not taking advantage of the "great deal" they were offering. So they bring another guy to talk to us. It's now 30 minutes past the promised 90 minute presentation. We tell them we have to go or we will miss our flight. At this point, we were forced to leave without the gift card or cash because we were getting close to being there for over two hours and we were going to miss our flight. We had told every person we spoke with that we needed to leave but they continued to push on us. We both felt harassed, left with nothing, and wasted two hours of our time, even though we told them time and time again that we had a flight to catch.

There is never any obligation to attend, and we never intend to make you feel uncomfortable in any way. This was a family get together for Thanksgiving and it was great. The pool, the karoke bar. I stayed here before during Hurricane Charley, but could not enjoy the amenities. I would definitely return much sooner the next time.

Extremely disappointed as an owner of a timeshare here with Westgate. The front office staff all turned around when I walked in and I had to greet them to get their attention and have them turnaround, the room was gross, the floors didn't seem to have been cleaned in a long time, there were live and dead cockroaches in our rooms and living room/kitchen area, the showers were terrible, there was water leaking in the laundry area that clearly hadn't been taken care of in months/years as the molding was rotting. The staff there should be more concerned with cleaning and maintaining the hotel and not trying to make another sale off of my family.

Our stay at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa was enjoyable under the circumstances. The staff tried to do everything as fast as they could in a very friendly manner. We loved the large bathroom and the room was well stocked with extra blankets and towels. We would come back to experience the resort while there isn't a hurricane.

Great location, nice room, and good amenities. Was a very nice nights stay. Comfy bed, and nice size room. While the hotel was great checking in was a bit crazy. You can't park your car out front while checking in. Well you can buy they ask you to move it every so often, which is ridiculous as you have to drive to your building after you check in. I refused to move it. I was not blocking anyone, and was sitting in the car able to move it of needed. No other hotel I have been to has done this. It is crazy!

Nothing pleases us more than to know that you liked our comfy clean accommodations, convenient location to area entertainment, and had an overall good experience. In regards to parking near the front desk, we do offer complementary valet while you check-in as well as self parking. The safety of our guest is top concern, so for that we do not allow parking in front of the building. Decent enough place, if maybe a little dated looking. Be prepared for them to offer you the timeshare tour and if you don't accept you'll be paying for extras around the resort. Good sized rooms and clean. Pools are nice.
