I purchased my Jeep Sept 30th, 2015 -- I had test driven several SUV's the week before, did a lot of research and arrived at the dealership with a list of things required in order for me to make the purchase. The salesman agreed to every term I came up with and I decided to go through with the purchase. Little did I know that the finance manager would change every single term without letting me know -- then later imply that I was a liar. The West Herr site has false advertising and their finance managers take advantage of their customers. Since the purchase, I have had issues with having not received all the proper documents required to receive a refund for the un-used portion of my extended warranty. I've also had issues with my registration and just recently received a letter from my auto insurance telling me that my car is not registered OR insured at this moment -- something the dealership told me they'd take care of. My entire car-buying experience has been an absolute disaster. I accept full-blame for signing papers without closely reading every line, but in my defense I would have never anticipated a reputable company pulling something so low. I also would have expected a reputable company to stand up to the guarantees posted on their site, or to follow their core values ( also posted on their site) which are: Integrity - we do what's right. Excellence - we strive to be the best Urgency - we serve people now Empathy - we care Respect - we treat each other right Teamwork - we work together I actually laughed as I typed that. If they cared about anything at all, I would have never been in this situation. The best advice I can offer to someone looking to purchase a vehicle is to avoid West Herr at all costs.

Firstly, I was never asked what options I wanted with my Chrysler 200, then I didn't get to see the car until i signed everything first. I've had the Chrysler 200 since November and it's already needed a new transmission and now it needs brakes. Car has 6000 miles on it. Purchased it brand new. I tried to get in touch with the manager, Mr. Cosen when the transmission went. He would not meet with me under any circumstances. I explained I wanted a face to face interaction and he would not talk to me except in emails. Won't be back to ANY of the West Herr dealerships once I am done paying of this vehicle.

Great Experience start to finish. Thanks for getting me into my new Jeep! Great Experience with Sheron! Personal service was the best and would recommend anyone to see her at West Herr Chrysler Jeep.. Love the new Jeep. Brought in a trade with an upside-down loan, looking for a Wrangler. My Saleswoman Sheron worked dilligently to find all options available for me and get the paymeents to where I can afford them. Very awesome experience.

Worst purchase experience of my lifetime. Joe Dee my salesperson did not let me see the vehicle until the deal was closed and all of the paperwork was signed. It was a special order wrangler. He did not provide any photos prior to the purchase and it was all chromed out and not was I was expecting. After meeting with the manager, they were not willing to help in any way. I invested an additional $12,000 removing the hideous wheels and chrome, customizing and upgrading it myself. Furthermore, upon calling for some minor information about the vehicle, the receptionist there are very curt, unfriendly and refused to even attempt to help me. My suggestion? If you want anything remotely decent or an informed, customer oriented dealer- go anywhere else!

I originally inquried online about looking for my next vehicle. The Jeep website helped me get instant approval on my financing and credit and then it ridirected me to West Herr Jeep. Walking in I was greated professionally at the door by David Grisanti. He opened the door and took me right in. After test driving the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk I was blown away by the features, and handling of the vehicle but the real question that remained was the price. After working with David Grisanti and his expertise, professionalism, and understanding of my financial needs he was able to get the price just right for me as well as include a bunch of extra's on the vehicle! David was very professional at all times and made my experience an enjoyment which will keep me coming back and working with him again! He also sent me e-mail notifications with questions, and constant updates which helped me gather everything I needed and being able to come in, sign the contract, and leave happy! I Highly recommend West Herr Jeep and recommend even more working with David Grisanti! He will provide you a service of excellence in customer satisfaction and get you the best available deal and work with you to help maintain your financial needs!

I want you to know what a fantastic experience you made this for her and I. I myself have dealt with many dealers and many sales people, by far you have been the nicest, kindest, most caring and considerate one ever! I've dealt with West-Herr CJ for a few years now for service & tried to buy a new Compass from them. The experience is simply OK at best. On the positive side I can always get in for an oil change & they never try to sell me anything. On the negative side, their oil changes are way too expensive & they really wouldn't negotiate on the Compass. They tried to be my friend & would "sharpen their pencils" to work the price. They never did & I had to call them to confirm they didn't. After the sales experience & now feeling totally ripped-off on oil changes, I'll probably try Towne next. Also, the building is absolutely terrible & only bested by the former Don Davis Honda as far as decrepitness is concerned. West-Herr should be ashamed of themselves for this low standard.
