Support in Congress for a namechange for the Washington Redskins - but seemingly not much support for the idea of forcing the franchise by threatening the NFL's tax exempt status.

Polling shows that most people find the name "Redskins" offensive, but don't really care if the name is changed. What do you think? My latest:

Two weeks later: ACLU urges independent probe of Orlando FBI shooting of Ibragim Todashev.

Meanwhile, file Gov Rick Scott (R), Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer (D) and Congressman Daniel Webster (R) under "profiles in courage." None would comment or release statements on one of their constituents being shot and killed by the FBI.

The FBI shooting of Ibragim Todashev is a case study for why media should never use unnamed "law enforcement officials." We've had reports that he had a gun, had a knife, had a blade, had a sword, reached for a sword, knocked out an FBI agent and....now...that he was unarmed.

Here's a rundown of what we actually know:

The world would be so much better of a place if we were all still kind as we were as children.

I've read a ton of emotion-laden marathon bombing pieces, but the innocent, youthful simplicity of this one brought a tear to my eye.

For more than a week officials have been searching for a way to bury Boston marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

Turns out, the whole thing was solved by a Virginia woman, sitting in Starbucks, who thought she could be the one to end the drama.

Here's my exclusive interview with her:

Wesley, Even terrorists deserve to be buried but I'm tired of hearing about these two in the news in general. Your article is not sole cause of how I feel, just has built up over couple weeks.
