Greetings everyone, Google would like to clarify a few things with regards to the security announcement the other day (http://goo.gl/va7u8i).

* The update described in the post, meaning the "unverified app" flow and verification process, applies to all OAuth clients requesting sensitive scopes.
* Existing apps are not yet affected
* Per-day authorization throttling was a temporary measure and is being rolled back in favor of the "unverified app" cap, and
* Public-facing Apps Script web apps can and should go through the verification process to remove the warning.

For clarity, we strongly recommend all developers (new apps & old) to review the updated documentation pages that reflect the new policy: https://developers.google.com/apps-script/guides/client-verification
