This is Neath punk band The Tunnelrunners with a poppy punk song from 1980 called Plastic Land.

They recorded ten songs for Swansea Sound radio station, five of which made up their first EP.

Their second EP, 100MPH is one of those mythical lost records. Only 100 copies ever made and none have been seen since.

The name of the band came from them watching an item on kid’s TV show, Magpie, when the presenter forgot the name of some burrowing creature being featured, so she tried to wing it by referring to them as ‘tunnel runners’.

Lead singer Madoc Roberts is now a documentary maker.

This is the lead singer of a Finnish heavy metal group on a fact finding mission to Swansea.

His name's Pasi Heino and his group, Suamenlejjona, was formed in 1995 to celebrate Finland winning the ice hockey world championships.

Here he points at road signs, shoots things, drinks booze and makes full use of the toilet facilities on a coach.

Report by an art critic from The Spectator on a visit to Wrexham in 1876 - not a fan.

"Flat, dull, dirty, and crowded with people who are unbeautiful exceedingly, and whose talk is so unpleasant to hear when it is in English that it is quite a relief to come upon real natives, who do their swearing and other amenities of speech in Welsh."
