How are you feeling this week?
How are your love ones, your friends and neighbours?
Negativity and Depression go hand on hand.

A kind word goes a long way.
A smile will be remembered with a warm heart.
These two will guarantee you a good day! For you and for the receiving side.

Ready for the week ahead of you?
First, remember that what you put out (thoughts) you get back...
For this week, on your way to work (public transportation, walking or driving) think, plan how you want this week to go. Put the best intentions and positive thoughts in this plan. This will help you to CREATE your week, not allowing your week to take you for a ride.
Just give a try.... it feels awesome!!

Depression is easy to creep up on you and difficult to admit the symptoms.
Work on:
1) increase awareness of your Negative Self-Talk
2) Create a Positive response for it.
3) Create a daily routine. You chose .... positive visualizations, empowering writing...

It is already palpable.
Winter blues, discontent or depression... no matter what we call it... it has the same damaging result.
Please, lets help each other to make this next couple of months a much easier time to live.
It just takes a smile OR a kind word.

So, here we are... Complaining and focusing on the negative side of things.
"Miracles are shifts on perceptions"
The thing that you have total control over is your thinking pattern.
Right now, make a conscious effort to see a REAL POSITIVE PATTERN IN YOUR LIFE.
Then share this technique will people around you. It can save lives... and the trick is... you may never know who will receive your LOVE

We keep asking ourselves.... What is happiness? The truth is that we make happiness as we go along and it is different day by day.
The easiest way to see it is "Happiness is the collection of those little moments that make us go ahhh, that is so good, so nice, so beautiful, so "fill in the blank"
HAPPINESS IS BEING ABLE TO SEE, RECEIVE AND ENJOY THOSE LITTLE MOMENTS.

Be extra careful on the roads.
It is not as important to arrive "on time" as it is to just ARRIVE.
