Due to its difficulty by nature Stainless Steel Fabrication has long been one our favorite procedures. Welding of stainless steel can be very challenging due to fact that stainless is perhaps one of the least forgivable of all alloys to weld. The alloy is designed to be corrosion resistant to almost any condition making it an excellent choice of material and also very expensive. Due to its mechanical properties stainless requires great understanding, patience and skills to weld it properly. If stainless steel is not welded correctly using all the proper parameters it will easily be damaged. One such example and perhaps the most common mistake while welding stainless steel are overheating. Understanding the color rainbow associated with the heating of stainless is paramount. If the material is overheated and turns any shade of brown to black the material has lost the desired mechanical properties.
Weebz Welding has over 30 years experience in welding stainless steel of all types using both MIG and TIG welding. We routinely manufacture stainless steel items for all industries from aerospace to the oil field industry.  Items include the manufacture of stainless steel reservoirs, military vehicle and weapons systems and hardware used by NASA

Steel Fabrication is one of many specialties. We are certified to AWS and ASME standards and are willing to qualify to others programs as required. Our current projects include customer designed oil field skids and support equipment as well as special tooling. We are often aiding in the design of prototype of these items which will often include use of our AutoCAD, WaterJet and steel fabrication skills.
Pictured is our largest project to date.

Weebz Welding decided to jump into the world of waterjet machining on a hunch that it could possibly be the best move we have ever made. I am typically known to be very conservative as far a big investments and gambling on hunches. There is no doubt that I made the right decision and after only 6 months we are looking into having our second waterjet machine by the end of this year. Once I decided to pull the trigger I also decide that I was going to use the “all in” approach. Meaning that we were going to make it our mission to be the most reliable, give the best customer service and to out perform everyone else in South Texas with those qualities. We also went “all in” with our website and search engine optimization by hiring the best talent in the business. While we were in the “all in” mode we also purchased the best overhead vacuum lifters and hoist for our overhead work station crane. After only 6 months our waterjet is running 40 hours a week with a 3-4 week backlog which has made me know that we are going to need that second machine soon. Our next machine will be even bigger as it will have a 20’ x 12’ cutting envelope.
As stated earlier, it is our mission at Weebz Welding and WaterJet to be the best we can be. We want to offer San Antonio and South Texas the best that we can provide. So far so good, we seem to have been able to live up to our own expectations of ourselves as we aim to provide first rate WaterJet Cutting Service with customer service as our best asset.

Weebz Welding becomes Weebz Welding and WaterJet.
Over the past five years we had noticed a steady increase of the volume of work we were sending out to either WaterJet or Laser. As our demand for flat part cutting grew I began to realize that we had a legitimate need to purchase our own equipment. After a year of research and studying all the options between Laser, Plasma and WaterJet, we finally settled on WaterJet. We chose WaterJet for several reasons. Waterjet, unlike Plasma and Laser can cut virtually anything while the other two processes are primarily limited to metallic materials. The best overall advantage is that there isn’t any heat affected zone after cutting. Both Plasma and Laser use heat to cut and therefore leaving a heat affected zone which is very undesirable for parts that require finish mill work. Also Plasma will require cleanup of finished parts. WaterJet can be fine-tuned to cut tolerance within .002 and can cut virtually any material.
Weebz Welding and WaterJet aims to provide quality WaterJet Cutting Service to San Antonio and South Texas.

Aluminum is by far the most difficult of all materials to weld. Therefore, making it very difficult to find shops that can produce quality aluminum welding. Given these  facts, we take great pride in our claim that we are Aluminum Welding Specialist. It seems like not a week goes by that we get contacted by companies or individuals who require quality aluminum welding service. We offer complete aluminum fabrication from WaterJet cutting of aluminum plate and sheet to include forming and welding. Our goal is to provide great looking finished items and to provide quality fabricated / welded aluminum parts second to none.
