Be warned do not use this service! My online valuation was £7500 , their man will arrive view the car send the details to the system they use you then get a revised offer. My final offer was £1300 less than the valuation, when asked for an explanation you get nothing! Do not waste £50 there are better services to use Evans Halshaw and we buy any car.

In 2 words "a joke", online valuation was good, made an appointment and took a days holiday only to be called at 14:30 to say that they could not make the appointment. Arranged for the next day at my place of work only to be phoned by valuer to say he was at my house. When I arrived home the car was checked and he could only find fair wear and tear issues. I was then made an offer of £2100 which was £700 pounds lower than the quote. I was told this was due to partial service history which i had stated on web quote, and due to chips. Luckily sold the car on the same day to a local garage that I visited to repair chips, got very close to what i wanted for the car. So all in all I lost £50 service fee, and 9 hours off work, great service !

Price offered was higher than anyone else, but I think this was to entice you in. Actual offer was a quite a bit lower, but still just beat everyone else. So, overall, very happy! I would use again if I get the opportunity and will definitely recommend to others! Thank you.

THIS IS A CON!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT! POOR does not come close! This is shocking. They will give you a quote. Then when you arrange the appointment, they will come and give you some bullcrap excuses and offer you A LOT less. We were completely transparent about the state of the car and they offered £700 less on arrival! Plus they will charge you £50 for coming to collect, which of course they do not mention on their website.

Be honest about your car when you value it on the website and you will be fine. I was actually offered more in person than on the website offer! Instant payment without any extra charges however, i paid 29.99 for appointment.

Waste of time. I described my car over the phone and explained that there were scrape marks on the front and rear bumper. Was given a valuation of £1700 which allowed for new front and rear bumpers. When they came to inspect the car they said dimensions of the scrapes were bigger than I had declared .... about 3 inches bigger!! So they reduced the offer to £1100. What difference does the size of the scrape make if they have allowed for new bumpers?? AVOID!!

The sale of the car happened quickly and efficiently, although I was a little taken aback at the price suggested online compared with the figure I was offered, even though the negotiator was clearly impressed with the vehicle. He made a phone call to ascertain the figure and then was able to say, apologetically, that it was 'out of his hands'. For the convenience I accepted it, but I think the online suggestion should be more realistic.

We were expecting someone to walk around the car picking holes in it to push the price down... Not so, offer made was reasonable in fact the chap said our online description of good condition should be excellent. Great If needed to sell a car quickly and easily again.
