We are sorry to hear of the issues you encountered with the reservations you made through Expedia. We have investigated and can confirm that Expedia did not make a reservation for you at the Wayne Hotel. We hope that you have been able to resolve the issue with Expedia and that you were able to determine which hotel they had, in fact, reserved for you. We expect the highest standards of hospitality from our staff and we can understand how you would have been distressed because of the confusion with your reservation. We are sorry that we were not able to get a better resolution for you on that night.
As Expedia did not make a reservation for Ms. Payne at the Wayne Hotel, we would ask that this review be removed.
