The Warwick hotel has been great. They provided useful information on where we could get some cold medicine. The room was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The bed was nice and firm, and we had a nice view of the space needle. I would gladly stay again.

Pretty nice place - good breakfasts. We had to change rooms, and the staff was a little begrudging it seemed, but they did it. Or first room, and we were staying for a week, was 2 feet from a cement wall - the worst view ever! They moved us to a great view of the Space Needle, but it might not last long.. looks like a big building is going up, which will block their wonderful view. (we actually had the crane exactly in our way, but after the first room, it was wonderful!)

The rooms were nice and clean the staff very nice and accomadating. The only complaints was: The beds were not very comfortable they were too hard we woke up sore each morning.(personal preferance) We would recomend staying here as it is close to quite a few ammenities.

You'd would be WAY better going to a holiday Inn. 1.) The balcony is tiny...like it's just enough for you to step out on. 2.) I found old bread in my room which was rock hard. 3.)There's no elevator in the parking garage (that cost you $35 a night) so you have to walk up and down the stairs with your luggage; I suggest to pack light if you stay here lol 4.) I ordered breakfast from the hotel and it cost $30 for a small amount of food. I was shocked, I couldn't believe it. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be staying here again.

I booked my room 2 weeks in advance only because of the pool. I have a son who is almost 2 and he loves to swim so we planned a Seattle weekend complete with a hotel with an indoor pool. We got to the hotel, checked in, got our swim suits on and went to the pool. It was so cold that we couldn't swim and we definitely couldn't let our son play in it. We were told that they had just put more water in it the day before so it was going to take a while to heat up. I went to the front desk and they said we could use the pool at The Westin, we just had to sign a form. I appreciate that gesture because at least we got to let our son go swimming but we had to walk to that hotel in the cold and it was just an inconvenience. When I booked this hotel I was under the impression that there would be a pool. It would've been nice to know it was under maintenance before we arrived so we could've changed our plans. The experience was not so great.

The room was fine the food in the dining room was good. We had paid an additional fee for a late check out only to be confronted by the front desk contesting our paper work which indicated we had paid the late check out fee. All of this could be chalked up to routine events that may occur. What is absolutely unacceptable is the attitude that accompanied this ordeal. Unequivocally the worst customer service I have ever experienced! All of this on xmas day. As a world traveler it is regrettable to have this level of customer service in the great city of Seattle.

The hotel itself is nice enough - although the rooms aren't anything special. I'd rather stay at a Courtyard Marriott - Larger rooms, cleaner, newer. The reason for my incredibly low rating is that the staff has no plan for dealing with obnoxious guests. I have very few requirements for a hotel when I travel: 1. Clean 2. Quiet 3. Near where I need to be Imagine you're there on business. It's a thursday night, and you've got a business meeting in the morning. Unfortunately, the guests in the next room you share a door with aren't here on business, and they don't have a meeting in the morning. In fact, they're there because they're minor performers in a local music festival. Around 11pm the partying in the room starts. It's loud, and then the clouds of pot smoke start wafting under the shared door. So I called the front desk, very politely, and asked if they could send someone up to quiet them down. No one came up for an hour, so I called again. A bored hotel employee finally comes up (it's now 1am) and asks them to keep it down thank you. This does absolutely nothing, and I'm coughing up a storm due to the sheer amount of pot smoke in my hotel room. They continue to be loud, and continue to power through their seemingly endless supply of weed. So I call again, and no one comes up. Then I call again. It's now 3am, and someone shows up again (same bored employee by the voice) and asks them to please quiet down. The bored employee leaves, so the guests start shouting obscenities through the door at me. So I call again... and no one comes. So I call the front desk, tell them I'm calling the Seattle PD if they don't do something about it, where they "graciously" offer to move me to another room at 4am. You're darn right I demanded a refund. 1 star for being "visually" pleasing. -4 for refusing to deal with problem guests for fear of upsetting the "talent" at a local music festival.
