Comfortable rooms. Good location. We booked a room for five people, however, and were not accommodated. We were then promised that we could switch to a bigger room the next day, but they ended up giving the room promised away to someone else who offered more money. We ended up switching hotels after one night.

Nice place to stay. Have good views of the Space Needle if you stay in one of the rooms facing towards that. They had some renovation work going on with the elevators the last time I went, otherwise neat place.

I love staying at this hotel and ideally located 4 fun things to do in Seattle .Charles at the front desk was very helpful , and very professional .Very comfortable room. We had dinner downstairs it was fabulous , The maple braised pork chop was the best I've had. The only thing I would improve on is the drinks in the bar. The Bloody Marys should be top notch. I had to go to another place to get a good drink. I would definitely go back to this place.

Stayed at the Warwick because it had the best price I could find for our stay. It's location was great - 5 - 10 minute walk to Pike Place and the theatre - which was our reason for being there. The room was a good size, clean, and had a lovely view of the Space Needle (room 911). We had the ability to open the doors to a "balcony"(though don't be mistaken. You can't really step out onto it. It's about 6 inches from the door to the railing. But being able to open the door to take in a good view of the Space Needle was nice.) Slept great as the beds were comfortable, and bathroom was very clean. Had good control over in room heating/cooling which was good. Found a comfortable room and great location to be all we needed, as we spent most of our time in the city. The check in was very quick, smooth and efficient, and the employees were kind. Lobby was welcoming. The hotel bar/restaurant was terrible though - drinks were poorly made and desserts we ordered were really disappointing, so I would recommend avoiding it. As with almost all places in Seattle, parking is expensive. $35.00 for overnight parking in the garage next door/attached to the hotel. This takes you through to 3 PM the next day. An extra 7$ to extend that to 11 PM (which we needed, as our show started at 2 PM). I don't really know if this is a complaint, as it's the same everywhere in Seattle. But an FYI for budgeting.

It's nice enough. Easy to find and the staff is friendly. Beda are comfortable. Internet is freww but really slow. It would have been nice to have a blow dryer in the bathroom.

Rooms were very dirty. Sheets didn't seem to be washed. Lots of hidden fees. Rude and unhelpful staff. They made me pay for a full night for early check in. Had to park on higher levels in parking garage that had no elevators. The first few floors were for valet only. Woke up with a terrible rash. No fans in the bathrooms so if you take a shower your room will become humid and muggy. Everything was dusty. I will never be a customer here again.

A nice enough place, but I have paid about a third as much for a way better best western plus. Great view and great restaurant/bar. The cleaning service starts at about 730am vacuuming the halls, on a Saturday.
