Full disclosure, this is the first time I've traveled. As a resident of The Sticks, this is pretty nice. Staff are friendly. Rooms are big. My room had a full desk and couch, and I'm pretty sure it's one of the smallest rooms. Balcony isn't so much a balcony as it is a massive window. Thin people may be able to fully squeeze onto the balcony. Bathroom is pretty small. Mini fridge was not stockedstocked, but you can ask for a refill. Water is $6 a bottle (no thanks!). Overall, the best place I've stayed, but keep in mind I've only stayed in a couple crappy hotels before.

Had a two-night stay at the Warwick for our anniversary trip and they treated us so well. There was sparkling wine and macaroons waiting for us in our 17th floor room with a direct view of the Space Needle--we had only booked a normal room and expected to be on a lower floor without any view. We really appreciated the staff's professionalism and efficiency at check-in and check-out. The Margaut restaurant downstairs has some good clam chowder, but can be pricey. We ate there when we just couldn't walk anymore one night, but there are better places to go if you have the energy. Our booking included the "continental breakfast" which was pared down to pastries, juice or fruit, and tea or coffee, which is not what we imagined but kept us going for the morning. The hotel's central location in downtown was great to walk to Seattle Center or Pike's Place. The LINK and Metro stations in Westlake Shopping Center is very close and convenient as well, we used the LINK rail to get to Safeco Field one night.

Came for lunch, burger was pretty good service was ok. Didn't get silverware had to ask, my refill was sprite not soda water as I had asked for before. Overall staff seemed to not be concerned with guests. There were only 2 other tables for a total of 6 people in the place. Strange that there wasn't decent service.

Nice Friendly staff, guest parking should be included in the price of your room. I think if you stay in a room for two nights you shouldn't have to pay to park your car in the attached garage. Otherwise the stay was nice, the bed comfortable and location is ideal for walking around downtown and down to Pike Place Market to get lunch or just people watch.

Very clean. Couldn't get a King size bed for whatever reason, got 2 queens I think. Nice big, modern, smart tv. Little fridge, no microwave. Had a little trouble getting breakfast room service. We didn't have the right menu and when we called for one, they kind of argued with us about it, Saying that we should already have one--which we didn't. Then someone brought one, but it still didn't have the breakfast part of the menu. Then, we had to call the front desk 4 TIMES for someone to take our room order because the call button on our phone didnt work. Then we finally got the food, which was good, but he forgot to bring the milk, so we had to call for that too. All in all, it was okay, but way too much effort just for room service!! The hotel itself is old, but kept up pretty nice. It is supposed to be a 4 Star! I would rate it only 3 Star. I would stay here again and I would recommend to someone else, but I would also go somewhere else next time I'm in Seatle.

Very clean, great staff, and a great location. It has the feel of a well established hotel for when you are looking for something you can feel 100% confident with what you are getting.
