do not think that this hotel looks anything like the pictures! It is a run down old hotel that they do not keep up. It an old apartment building that they are not managing well. Over priced!! We had many problems in our room balcony and pool, the "reason" was oh this is an old hotel... The manager Brian, had the worst customer service skills I have met in my 30 years of customer service industry. I was VERY disappointed in his argumentative comments when I called to discuss my disappointments!! I will be contacting the corporate offices as well. I have pictures and video of what we experienced. We stayed for 4 nights and then stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 4 nights. the Hilton was less expensive cleaner newer and MUCH better more professional all the way around.

the only reason we booked this hotel was for the rooftop pool. Not only did no one mention that is it closed, but they were very rude and made me feel dumb for booking the hotel when we obviously found out the pool is in fact closed. It has been closed for up to a year as I overheard, with no plans of opening soon. As for the rest of the grounds, not worth the money. It is dated and the sheets felt wet when we hopped into bed. Their views are not as advertised and their valet parking is pretty dumb and not very secure. Next time we trip to Denver we will definitely spend our money elsewhere.

Great place, very accomidating and the rooms were nice (stayed in the mile high suite) awesome view. Be aware street parking is only free between certain hours and ends at 7am. Also valet is a woping $37. Otherwise great.

Despite the dated building and the interesting lobby decor choices (seriously, what's with the Chinese lions?) the Warwick is a comfortable and clean hotel. The room was spacious and well maintained. Room service breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Just blocks from 16th Street and the Capitol this hotel is a good choice for those looking for a hotel with good service and clean sheets that won't break the bank.

A little too expensive for the things you get. The location is awesome but for the price, we had a coffee machine but no coffee mix. The staff was pretty good but our rooms where cleaned more or less at 6 pm.

The price was good but it felt like there were a bunch of hidden fees associated with this hotel. For instance a valet fee of over 35 dollars and no free wifi. All in all through the rooms are nice and it doesn't cost quite much as a lot of the other downtown options.

Pros: convenient location, comfy beds, large room and bathroom. Cons: we came in june and the pool was closed for renovations. They offer free bicycle rentals, but 3 of 4 bicycles were in the shop - "getting tuned up for the season." Our room did not have a battery in the smoke detector and both the sink and tub drains were clogged. Maintenance was quick to respond, but still didn't get tub unclogged. Hotel has a lot of potential, but needs updating and maintenance.

We have stayed at the Warwick twice and both times have been an enjoyable experience. On our most recent trip, we got into town early in the morning and the friendly staff worked efficiently to get us early check in. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The only thing I did not enjoy was the lack of outlets in the room. The Warwick appears to be an older building and therefore electrical outlets are sparse -Not that big of a deal. They could update their table lamps to include outlets (like I frequently see in other hotels). We will definitely stay at the Warwick next time and you should too!

This hotel was more than adequate for the price. Be advised at check on you triple sign a form stating you can't smoke on the balcony in your room and if they feel you have broken the rule they will charge you $500. Our über driver told us this place used to be the home of the Denver Playboy Club back in the day. I would stay again, the rates are great for the locale.
