do not think that this hotel looks anything like the pictures! It is a run down old hotel that they do not keep up. It an old apartment building that they are not managing well. Over priced!! We had many problems in our room balcony and pool, the "reason" was oh this is an old hotel... The manager Brian, had the worst customer service skills I have met in my 30 years of customer service industry. I was VERY disappointed in his argumentative comments when I called to discuss my disappointments!! I will be contacting the corporate offices as well. I have pictures and video of what we experienced. We stayed for 4 nights and then stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 4 nights. the Hilton was less expensive cleaner newer and MUCH better more professional all the way around.

Was a great place to stay, and they were very helpful. They made our mini vacation extremely enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again. The staff can go a long way in making your trip enjoyable, and memorable, thank you for being so friendly!

the only reason we booked this hotel was for the rooftop pool. Not only did no one mention that is it closed, but they were very rude and made me feel dumb for booking the hotel when we obviously found out the pool is in fact closed. It has been closed for up to a year as I overheard, with no plans of opening soon. As for the rest of the grounds, not worth the money. It is dated and the sheets felt wet when we hopped into bed. Their views are not as advertised and their valet parking is pretty dumb and not very secure. Next time we trip to Denver we will definitely spend our money elsewhere.

Downtown Denver. Nice atmosphere with rooftop pool and bar. Little on the pricey side for what you get.

Pros: convenient location, comfy beds, large room and bathroom. Cons: we came in june and the pool was closed for renovations. They offer free bicycle rentals, but 3 of 4 bicycles were in the shop - "getting tuned up for the season." Our room did not have a battery in the smoke detector and both the sink and tub drains were clogged. Maintenance was quick to respond, but still didn't get tub unclogged. Hotel has a lot of potential, but needs updating and maintenance.

The price was good but it felt like there were a bunch of hidden fees associated with this hotel. For instance a valet fee of over 35 dollars and no free wifi. All in all through the rooms are nice and it doesn't cost quite much as a lot of the other downtown options.

It's a nice hotel located in downtown Denver. I was here for a sales conference held in the same hotel and so didn't get to explore much outside. But the rooms are comfortable and nice. The meeting rooms are also quite good and the food is excellent.

Great place, very accomidating and the rooms were nice (stayed in the mile high suite) awesome view. Be aware street parking is only free between certain hours and ends at 7am. Also valet is a woping $37. Otherwise great.

This place is a scam. They told me over the phone that early check-ins should be no problem. I show up and it's an extra $50. Never coming here again and you shouldn't either. Watch out for hidden fees.
