do not think that this hotel looks anything like the pictures! It is a run down old hotel that they do not keep up. It an old apartment building that they are not managing well. Over priced!! We had many problems in our room balcony and pool, the "reason" was oh this is an old hotel... The manager Brian, had the worst customer service skills I have met in my 30 years of customer service industry. I was VERY disappointed in his argumentative comments when I called to discuss my disappointments!! I will be contacting the corporate offices as well. I have pictures and video of what we experienced. We stayed for 4 nights and then stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 4 nights. the Hilton was less expensive cleaner newer and MUCH better more professional all the way around.

Despite the dated building and the interesting lobby decor choices (seriously, what's with the Chinese lions?) the Warwick is a comfortable and clean hotel. The room was spacious and well maintained. Room service breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Just blocks from 16th Street and the Capitol this hotel is a good choice for those looking for a hotel with good service and clean sheets that won't break the bank.

This hotel was more than adequate for the price. Be advised at check on you triple sign a form stating you can't smoke on the balcony in your room and if they feel you have broken the rule they will charge you $500. Our über driver told us this place used to be the home of the Denver Playboy Club back in the day. I would stay again, the rates are great for the locale.

I arrived at the Warwick Denver Hotel hopeful for a good experience. During the check in process the worker at the front counter was extremely rude & spoke in a very condescending tone; I think his name was Tom but he exhibited horrible customer service skills but to be fair his bellhops were just as rude & unskilled. Any well trained bellhop that sees a woman with a ton of luggage would immediately attempt to assist her but the 1st idiot just sat & watched then the 2nd finally asked if I needed assistance after watching me struggle for so long but with a attitude (Dumb & Dumber were the bell hops names I believe). Based on this experience alone, I'll never do business with this hotel again. Next time, I'll go with a more reputable well known hotel like the Marriott & pass on this hole in the wall & their incompetent workers.

I was at the Warwick for the Denver Gay and Lesbian Chamber. They are long standing memebers and hosted an Awesome After Hours. The Warwick always goes abovr and beyond with everything they do. 5/5 would recommend.

We have stayed at the Warwick twice and both times have been an enjoyable experience. On our most recent trip, we got into town early in the morning and the friendly staff worked efficiently to get us early check in. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The only thing I did not enjoy was the lack of outlets in the room. The Warwick appears to be an older building and therefore electrical outlets are sparse -Not that big of a deal. They could update their table lamps to include outlets (like I frequently see in other hotels). We will definitely stay at the Warwick next time and you should too!

Excellent location in downtown Denver. The staff was extremely accommodating and we had a great time celebrating our honeymoon. The room was in impeccable condition and having a balcony was really nice. The staff provides great service at all times. We'll definitely come back to this hotel.

Excellent location and very nice rooms. Rooms are very well appointed and feels very upscale even though you can get great deals on the rates. The rooftop pool is a great feature. And the restaurant in the hotel provides a very nice dining experience. Location is nice and close to downtown and lots of restaurants on Capitol Hill.

I had the pleasure of staying at the lovely Warwick Hotel in 2015. My room was a corner suite with a beautiful view of downtown and the mountains from the balcony. I found my stay to be very comfortable – the bed was fluffy and soft and I slept like a baby, the bathroom was roomy and the common area was classy, and I think my favorite part of the suite was the balcony. The area around the hotel offers just about everything you could want for a night on the town. I would definitely stay again!
