My gf and I were able to get a great rate for a 3 night stay. The location is excellent, concierge was extremely helpful and courteous, and best of all they offer a shuttle service anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The rooms themselves were VERY spacious, clean, and well kept. Overall, the Warwick is fantastic.

This is a 4 star review with some caveats. The desk staff was exactly what I expect at a more luxury oriented hotel. Attentive, professional and friendly. My room was perfect, nothing to complain about there. The only reasons not to give this a 5 star rating was: 1) The bar staff, while attentive, was busy talking about Friday night's escapades quite loudly, but since they were attentive and the drinks didn't feel short poured it wasn't a huge deal. 2) The hotel is right next to a fire station which can be rather annoying. Those 2 things weren't huge issues because as I said, the bar staff at least didn't let my glass run dry, and you can't do a whole lot about where the fire house is going to be. The only constructive criticism I can offer is maybe don't require valet parking to park on the premises. That's been pretty common at a lot of hotels I've stayed at, so I'm not even docking the rating for that. Overall, I'd probably stay here again, I just might avoid it on the weekends since this is a pretty active neighborhood, and I've heard the fire truck 4-5 times tonight. Make that 5-6, they just left again.

For the price you are going to pay, even for the smallest room, you will be underwhelmed. The room has no outlets for plugging in items that bring (Phones etc) You would think that in such a 'nice five start hotel" every room would have a refrigerator and free wifi BUT no you have to pay for wifi and if you are staying for more than one night you have to get the second to largest room to have the option for a frig. It is ridiculous to pay that amount of money and be limited to amenities that you should get with a hotel of any kind. I did some research after out stay and found that other "five start historical" hotels do have more for your money and rooms are in better condition. In our bathroom the tub was so small one could barely stand and turn around. The shower curtain would blow back into the tub and I had to point the shower head at the curtain so that it would not stick to me in the shower. This made it very difficult to shower. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel (received a letter from manager) he said "there are larger rooms that would solve these problems" My response was I did not want a suite or larger room, these things should be addressed without me upgrading. In the end I would say go to another hotel if you are looking to be impressed.

It's a beautiful hotel with elegant and spacious rooms; however, they charge for wi-fi (starting at $10/hr) and mandatory $26 valet. These services are included at most other hotels.

I stayed here for my wedding in April; Friday night was with my bridesmaids, and Saturday was with my husband. I regret that we had a very disappointing experience. Since it was Final Four weekend in Dallas, rooms were selling at a premium. We booked a suite for $500/night. Having paid this much money on a room, we expected to be treated kindly and with respect. When I checked in on Friday around 3 p.m., I requested a roll-away bed for my bridesmaids. The employee at the check-in desk promised me one for Friday night. I also gave her a heads up that a photographer would be on site taking photos on Saturday of me and my bridesmaids. I wanted to confirm this was alright, and she smiled, nodded, and explicitly said, "yes." When we returned Friday night after my rehearsal dinner, we didn't have a roll-away bed in the room. My bridesmaids went to the front desk to request one, but the hotel was completely out. Rather than apologizing and offering to fix the situation, the manager at the desk (Derrick?) treated my bridesmaids as if they were children and completely dismissed them. They were offered pillows and blankets to sleep on the floor. $500 a night for a suite, and my bridesmaids slept on the floor. Running out of roll-away beds is inevitable on a busy night at a hotel. It's a completely different situation, however, when one is requested and explicitly promised at check-in, then never delivered. On the day of my wedding, I went downstairs to the front desk to once again confirm that my photographer was coming and was going to take pictures of me and my bridesmaids leaving the hotel. This time, the hotel informed me that they charge to take photos, and unless we were prepared to pay for a photoshoot, my photographer was not to take photos at the hotel. This was followed-up by a phone call from my wedding coordinator and a personal visit from my photographer, but we were still denied permission. After paying $1000 to stay at the hotel, we felt it was unjust to pay an additional fee just to take photos of us leaving. We were paying guests at the hotel. And we couldn't take pictures. On my wedding day. Besides the photos we took in the room, I have zero pictures of me and my bridesmaids before we went to the church for the wedding. This is supposedly one of the best hotels in Dallas, but the service we received during our stay April 4-6 was not reflective of this.

One of the best hotels in Dallas. The building is older but with modern furnishings, and some of the older touches (like a mail tube by the elevators) have been nicely preserved. The customer service is top notch; they had overbooked the room size we bought and immediately upgraded us to a larger room without questions or charge. When checking out, I mentioned that the audio was not in sync on the movie we ordered (Lincoln) and the charge was immediately removed from our bill. Also, by far the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

Beyond disappointing. For almost $300, neither parking (valet only @ an extra $26 per day) or breakfast (extra $12-20 each) are included. That is simply ridiculous.
