I am updating my review from 2012, (see it on Yelp) which was my first visit to DJ's. Unfortunately, I can't give any more than 5 stars, so that will have to remain the same, but if I could I would rate Tom and his mechanics much higher. Yes, their prices seem a bit high to someone like me who makes less than 40,000 a year, but when I have a serious problem with my car I take it to Tom. I trust him and  his mechanics completely when it comes to the most important thing about the transaction: my safety and the life of my car. If you are only concerned about getting a cheap price, go somewhere else where you can pay half the price and more than likely get half the skill and experience. I'll stick with someone that I know is going to be honest with me, is going to tell me everything in advance of doing the work, and will even drop me off at home if necessary.

I think people should be glad to see a young black person interested in taking a stand for something, rather than just hanging out getting their hair done, talking on the phone, sexting, etc. This child especially could have grown up with a super huge sense of entitlement and not given a d**n  about anything or anyone but herself; instead, here she is fighting for a cause! As for the #freethenipple thing? As a minor child, I would only be alarmed if she were showing them; I think she's showing a mature sense of restraint, yet still getting the point across, and I'd like to see more like her!

What is really scary about this article, and the discussions it has engendered, is not that the article was written and posted, or that is appears to portray something actually going on in elementary schools; what's REALLY scary is how many of you can't tell the difference between journalism and satire/parodies/a damn joke! Okay true, in the climate of this country today it can be hard to tell when something is real and when it's not, but to see so many people lean in the direction that something like this could not only actually happen,  but that it could happen and NOT be all over the national news networks is downright frightening....

I've dealt with other storage facilities, and for the most part this one is everything good that the others were not. It is clean, well-lit, has a comfortable temperature, and walkways are wide. Staff was great; very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the storage units. I knew exactly where I wanted to get a unit, but somehow I incorrectly reserved the wrong facility online. Staff (the manager, Monica) made it extremely easy to just transfer everything to her facility. I do wish I had been able to get the $1.00 for the first month that I would have gotten elsewhere (had to take a star for that.) but I guess they have their reasons for not having that promotion more uniformly distributed among the properties. Other than a very small space for loading and unloading, and a very small lot for parking, this facility seems like it's going to work out pretty well!

I have been seeing Dr. Williams since 2011. The first time that I went I had to wait for awhile, as the office was very busy, but once I got in to see her it was well worth the wait. She quickly and correctly diagnosed some issues that had been plaguing me for months. The doctors she referred me to were always competent and professional, and any one of them I would go back to on a moment's notice. Because Dr. Williams' office does not do the lab work on the premises everything must be sent out; this can sometimes cause a delay in getting the results back, but this is to be attributed to the lab doing the work, not Dr. Williams or her staff. I have never had to wait without getting an explanation why. Her staff has always been very helpful when I've come in, both to me and other patients that have been in the office waiting. I am now switching to a new insurance, and if she's not in my network I will probably pay the extra and see her anyway; I hate changing doctors, and she is worth sticking with!!

I love shopping at this Giant, mainly because of the number of employees who believe in the concept "A good customer is a satisfied customer." The cashiers smile, the stockers keep the shelves full, and the baggers never put eggs on the bottom of the bag! Of course, everyone has a bad day now and again, but usually this is a great place to shop!

Although I am usually the type of person that will give a lot of latitude when I write reviews, this time I cannot; first because this is a hospital where sick and injured people come to be made whole and they need to know exactly what they're getting when they go. Second, the reviews I've read all have some elements of truth in them, and those elements do not add up to a very pretty picture. I could tell a long story with all the details about what happened to me the one time I went to the ER, but I won't; it would be redundant for you, after reading all that came before me. Put it like this: 1. The wait time in the ER is WAY too long, at any time of the day or night you go, and the excuse will always be "we're backed up", even when there are only 2 people in the waiting room (including you) and 5 staff people behind the counter, 2 of whom are chit-chatting, 2 are watching the television in the waiting room, and 1 is shuffling papers. 2. Once you finally get taken to 'triage', you'll be wheeled behind the counter where your vitals will be taken and you'll be asked why you're there. Then of course they'll make sure to get your payment information, and send you back to the waiting room to "wait till someone calls you". 3. After another couple of hours during which you've fallen asleep because there are no decent magazines and there's nothing good on the TV. you'll be called into the back to be seen, and then the fun REALLY starts! 4. What's wrong with you will determine how many people you have to see, but it will be a wait of at least 1/2 hour between each of them. Some will talk about more tests, some will talk about admitting you, and others will be trying to draw blood and get urine and xrays. Whatever they find in all that, it will end up with ANOTHER person being called (this one a doctor) and him not even examining you, just standing there reading the chart and then discharging you. Bottom Line? If you're on your death bed you should still try to make it somewhere else, because the wait time is so long here you'll be dead before you get to triage.

I haven't been to the pharmacy so I can't speak on it, but I wouldn't base my entire review on just one service of the store anyway. I liked this branch of CVS. It was larger, cleaner, and had a much better variety of items than most I've been in. The staff that I interacted with (it was 6:00 am) were courteous and very helpful, and the young man on the register even made me laugh, despite the fact that I wasn't feeling well. I don't know if I'll use the pharmacy, considering that I'm perfectly happy where I go now. For other drug store needs though, I think I'll go the 3 or 4 minutes out of the way to go to this one.

During the time I worked with Randstad I was never treated discourteously by anyone, and when I called the office and asked for someone, I was either transferred directly to the person or I left a message which was always returned in a timely fashion. Although times were beginning to be really rough for getting a job, Randstad was able to offer me several positions. One of them only lasted several weeks but that was not Randstad's fault. The other position was a long term one; it actually lasted much longer than it was supposed to. Randstad did everything they could to find positions for me, and even though they were not always able to, I understood that with all the people they had to place for and with times being as rough as they can get, Randstad could not always get positions for everyone. Also, the people who had been with them for awhile and who were patient, these were the people who were more inclined to get assignments. These were the people that the recruiters knew were experienced, had the right attitude, and would do a good job on the assignment. Although it can sometimes take some time to get an assignment, once you do and prove that you are good and can be trusted not to whine and complain to the world, Randstad will do all they can for you.

It's a little difficult to judge the service, since being a buffet the only 'service' is when they clean dirty plates off your table, but the young lady who had our section was actually very nice and rated a tip. She kept our table clean, got us extra things with no complaint, and had a very pleasant attitude. The food wasn't gourmet, but who expects the food at a mid-price buffet to be fancy? It was plentiful, good, and the temperatures were what they should be. Decor was what it always is, institutionally pleasant; nothing that would make you suddenly feel like you discovered an authentic masterpiece! Basically, I would call it a good place to take the family for dinner sometimes, although it is a wee bit pricey for everyday.
