Hello Mr. Sweeney, Just wanted to let you know that I am grateful to let you know that my husband and I came in on Dec. 26 and traded in my Mazda5 for a 2011 Equinox. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealer. I believe the person that did all the paperwork was Tony, but our salesman was Jacob L. He was the politest salesman I ever met. He showed us several vehicles and then took us back in and gave us prices. He worked with us to get the closest price we could afford and we were able to seal the deal. I just have never had a salesman that did pressure us and really understood how important to us to get the best value at the right price that we could handle. He even helped convince my husband how safe the car that I wanted was and how much I wanted it. I am so grateful for your team and thankful that you have people like Jacob as an employee. He was absolutely a great salesman as well as a people person. Thanks to Jacob I got the car I wanted. I thank you for employing people like him, so that ordinary people like me can have a great experience. Thanks again and if I ever need another vehicle I will be back and request Jacob again. Bought our C-max here and continue to take it to Walt Sweeny for regular maintenance. All the staff is very nice and overly accommodating. For a dealership, the prices are always fair. Highly recommend to anyone.

My girlfriend took her 2011 Ford Fusion here for a safety recall. Customer service was cold and unfriendly, suggested that it would probably have additional recalls due to the quality of the model (way to stand behind your product). Suggested an oil change as it was within 300 miles of the sticker, we agreed as it was $40 and figured it would be of higher quality than a one off place. My GF is Chinese and doesn't speak/understand English extremely well when spoken quickly. After we dropped off the car, Keith from Walt Sweeney/Quick Lane called her and had her authorize an additional $170 for a transmission fluid change. When she finally got me on the phone (I was at work)and asked me if it was worth it, she told me $117, I looked it up on the internet and seeing that they should generally cost around $75-$125, I told her it sounded about right. Not knowing that Keith said $170 on the phone. We showed up to a $230 bill with a rather pricey transmission fluid change and oil change that could have waited another 1000 miles. I feel like they took advantage of her on the phone, when I brought it up, Keith said "Yeah you should probably answer the phone next time". Also, we never received a call to pick up the car. When we dropped it off, they asked when we needed it by, we said 3pm. Having not heard from them, we showed up at 3:30 and the car was done. No call. Not happy with this dealership, I do not recommend for service.

We want every customer to be happy and return to us. We called to address your concern. A concern we never heard about until tons of bad reviews and comments started flowing in, including several people attacking out CHAT receptionists online. We called because none of the Service managers had ever been approached by you or your boyfriend to tell us you were unhappy with your prices for Service. During your busy work day you and several of your friends have ben going on every site possible and under different names giving us the same bad reviews. Actually you were personally attacking the character of a Service worker that has been here for decades and has never had a complaint on his character. He like the other 100 employees here do not treat our customers in the manner you suggested and he is not mean toward any race or men/women. Going online and saying he is the worst human in the universe is a bit much. In fact you were all smiles with the Service team and we were again unaware of your displeasure until the next day when you started all of your comments and reviews while busy at work. Judy tried calling yesterday at about 5p to find out how we could help and why you were so upset to have done over 10 reviews, several comments and chats but were not willing to talk to us about it at the appointment or even speak to a manager before doing so. Again you can address issues with Judy at 513-922-4500 x 269. We are not sure what you are wanting - and we are trying to help. We could delete negative comments but choose to let everyone know that if someone is unhappy we try to fix it. Tim the General Manager is going to try and contact you today to try and understand what the issue is so that we can fix it. You can call him at 513-922-4500 also. We would actually like to hear from you as we need to know if we have a problem so we can better ourselves as well.

Just had the best sales experience ever at Walt Sweeney Ford. Our salesman Jacob Lancour was warm and non-pressuring during price negotiations. We will shop there again when the opportunity arises for a dependable used Ford vehicle. A++ Bob Wagner Bridgetown.

I went to Walt Sweeney to get my car serviced today and they were great. It was quick. The customer service was outstanding. "Uncle Bob" took care of me and made sure I got everything I needed. I would definitely come back again.

I generally do not like dealing with car dealerships, but this is one of those rare exceptions when I felt like the process was smooth and transparent. My sales guy (Brian) was very friendly and did not put me in a high pressure hard sell situation. I'd definitely recommend going to these folks before you make a trek up north - its one of those rare dealerships thats closer in and since they are a smaller outfit, they work harder to make their customers feel comfortable. I also went there to get a recall part fixed on a ford that was not sold to me by them - over all it was a good experience, though I did have to do a fair amount of follow up to make sure they were keeping me on their radar. Once I found someone to speak with over several phone calls, he (Chris) did a really good job of making sure my car was taken care of in a timely manner and that I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced.

Promised they could work out a deal and did NOT. They tried to blame it on the lenders stating they would not lend us the money which was a shocker. We went to another dealer and my son was able to get the deal we made with Walt and he actually got that same deal without us cosigning. It is from a lender they said we were denied credit.

That review was very shocking! I just went up and spoke with Walt Jr. on this. Of course we would do EVERYTHING we could to get our customers approved through the lenders as this is the only we way we can do business. Walt did call the lender in question to ask about this and they told us yes they sent the other dealer an approval. They cannot tell us what happened the first time. We do have the faxed call back here - requiring a cosigner- if you wanted to see it. We surely are sorry we missed out on the opportunity to earn your business. Kathy I can only apologize on behalf of this lender! Walt and Tim will be talking with them to make sure this never happens again.
