I bought a Smart TV LED 3D 47 "LG Cinema 47LA6610 by the Walmart.com site (Order No. 14378669). Delivery was fast, but when I was unpacking I realized that the LED screen was cracked with a black spot each 4 cm in diameter.
The product collection was taken on 02/07, today is 09/07! One week to return the product to stock? Where is this product? It's a great contempt! I have not bought a bolt, I bought an item worth $ 2,700.00! If I had bought in a store, I would have my television a long time ago!
There appears to be good will in solving the case. If I had a company and was sent a defective product to one of my clients, I would pick up and deliver a new product in good condition. Is the name of my company that I have to protect.
On the website there is information that the delivery of the new television would be on 04/07. This is false information! I will write to the WALMART USA for them to see how the Brazilian consumer is treated by WALMART Brazil. I doubt they make it there with a consumer who spends U.S. $ 1,300.00! It would take a shot in the foot!
When you said you were going to prioritize, I even believed, but now you tell me you did not even come in your stock? You remember that the logistics company said it had withdrawn the product in my home? A big lie! What kind of service provider do you have? What mind? That destroys the goods sold by you? That delays delivery? Not bought with the Reserve Express, bought with WALMART! Is the name of your company that is going to mud!
When selling you boast that deliver in 7 days before the World Cup final. Then they give you a broken product, just to meet the deadline? Outraged is little! Enough to make the consumer a fool! Do not forget that makes a business grow despising the consumer. I doubt that Sam Walton would like to see your client being treated like this!
