I did the Walk of Rome where the morning covered the Colloseo to the Pantheon, and the afternoon was the Vatican. This is a HEAVY walking tour, so be ready to walk a few miles. That said, it is well worth it. The tour guides were very knowledgeable (our morning guide worked on archaeological digs in the area, and so she really knew her stuff. Just an unbelievably good tour.

Walks of Italy was the "icing on the cake" during our trip to Italy. My travel agent had recommended another tour company (which had some pretty bad reviews online), so I did some research and stumbled upon the Walks of Italy website. What an absolutely amazing, professional, high-quality company! Our Colosseum tour guide (Joseph) was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and brought us "back in time" to truly experience the Colosseum. I felt bad walking past the other tour groups with 30-40 people... I'm sure they looked at our cozy group of 8 and wished they had signed up for our tour instead! We also did the Vatican tour with another outstanding and energetic guide (Camilla) - I've never felt like such a VIP! Strolling around the Sistine Chapel for 25 minutes with just a few other people was light-years better than cramming in with the general public, when you're limited to 2-3 minutes!! Take my advice... don't try to save a couple of bucks here and there by settling for risky, unreliable companies. Book this tour - you will be SO glad that you did!

They were so wonderful as a tour company. They were timely, pleasant and had incredible tour guides. Especially Ferdinando - he was so intelligent, interesting and friendly. I loved every moment. They are also very considerate - when a portion of our Colosseum tour couldn't take place ( a rock fell in the underground levels) they gave us a portion of our money back - I didn't have to ask, and it came quickly. Great experience - highly recommend. Can't wait for my next trip to Italy and booking another tour.
