Our condition of the Month of April is Whiplash. Did you know that whiplash injuries can occur in car accidents that are most commonly known as a "fender bender"?

In our practice, we see many patients that have waited for more than a month to come to the office, because they thought that since it was just a fender bender, their symptoms would go away. To the contrary, their injury get worse, and it requires more time to reverse the effect of the inflammation and return their body to the pre-accident condition.

If you know someone who is experiencing any of the whiplash symptoms described in the article, please share this information with them.

There are plenty of good tips in the enclosed article from the Huffington Post: wear good shoes with large treads or raised patterns or buy ice trekkers. Do the penguin waddle, etc.
