Great internet sales team, especially Sarah Sims and Chad. They helped me get the vehicle we were looking for. The transaction was smooth and hassle free. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a used or new vehicle. Thank you Sarah Sims!!

Chris Byron at Waikem Subaru was absolutely superb! This was the second vehicle purchased at this dealership and the knowledge of the brand and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Everyone from sales to service crew does their job very well..... Kudos from another satisfied customer!

Third purchase from Jason Sponseller at Waikem Honda. Always a great experience. Enjoy all three vehicles (CRV, Accord & Civic). Good deals, no hassle service. Honest salesman. We WILL be back!

My name is Miguel Miranda and I had recently purchased my First vehicle at Waikem Mitsubishi. Carl Holt had helped me throughout my whole experience. He ensured me that I can rely on him with any difficulties of if I had any questions. He was a great salesman and I am thankful for where he has gotten me today; in a new car.

The whole car buying experience at Waikem was so far beyond other dealerships that we visited, that I'm sorry we wasted our time at them. Our salesman, Roger Kinney was pleasant to deal with, knowledgable, and very accomodating to our many questions. If your going to go somewhere else, do it with the intention of also going here, because you won't want to go back to them! In any other dealership were you ever taken on a tour of the facility, or introduced to the service manager, or shown where to arrive for service? You will be here. You leave feeling like you made a good choice.

I recently purchased a new ford escape from waikem ford and I had a great experience. Both Cameron and Craig were extremely helpful with finding me the perfect car for me, I love it! Cameron was very accomodating to all of my questions as well. I recommend purchasing a car from any waikem dealership!

First off this review is not to bash the Waikem family auto group or its team members but simply a way to vent my frustrations with the process in which my car and service experience was handled. That being said, I have a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander that I bought from Waikems new. The service engine light came on back in I believe the end of March so I made the appointment and took it in as I could tell something was wrong with the transmission. Waikem did not have the proper tool to read the code so they had to order the part which took another week and a half to get. In the mean time I was left without a car and needed to rent one at my own expense. The "special tool " arrived and the Tech could not find a problem with it so he cleared the codes and I was charged the $79 diagnostic fee and sent on my way with the service advisor telling me that if the service engine light comes back on bring it back in. Well, low and behold, it came back on a couple days later so I took it back in and this time the service department needed another "Special Tool" to read or measure the transmission pressure. This tool needed to be ordered and I was told it would take another 6 or more weeks to arrive. In the meantime I was left to drive a car that had a Transmission problem because the MITSUBISHI service department didn't have A MITSUBISHI TOOL to fix my MITSUBISHI CAR. After going back and forth with the service department for several weeks checking to see if this part was in yet, it was only when I was on the freeway going 65mph and my transmission slips and immediately downshifts to 40mph and I almost got hit by a semi did the service department start to pay attention to our problem. We were able to drop our car off and get a rental at no cost as we continued to wait for this Special Tool. Fast forward another 3 weeks Waikem still had our car and I guess they were finally tired of waiting for this part too because they were able to get the go ahead to replace the transmission. Which we were more than grateful but it is under warranty. Another week goes by and we get a call from the service advisor saying the good news is the transmission is in and the bad news is I need a new ALTERNATOR. I had absolutely no problems with the alternator when I dropped it off. I do not know if it was even tested or if the battery was just dead from sitting so long at their service shop. Anyway this has been over an 8 week miserable experience and Waikems has offered nothing for being inconvenienced for the better half of 2 + months. I will say that My several car buying experiences have always been wonderful and they have always worked with us and been very helpful in the car buying experience process. But after this I doubt I would go back to Waikems to have my car washed........... Just a follow up to my review. After several months Waikem has for the most part resolved my issue. I am still out the original diagnostic charge of $79. Which I believe I should not have been charged one at all due to the Transmission was under warranty and the fact that all they did was clear the code and didn't fix the problem the first time my service engine light came on. (Same code, Same problem reoccurred the same week) Also I am out a couple hundred bucks from rental cars I needed to rent while this ordeal took place. Waikem did supply us with a courtesy car for the past week.
