"Abrahadabra; the reward of Ra Hoor Khut. Fear not at all; fear neither men nor Fates, nor gods, nor anything. Money fear not, nor laughter of the folk folly, nor any other power in heaven or upon the earth or under the earth. Nu is your refuge as Hadit your light; and I am the strength, force, vigour, of your arms. I am the Lord of the Double Wand of Power; the wand of the Force of Coph Nia--but my left hand is empty, for I have crushed an Universe; & nought remains." - Liber AL vel Legis III:1,17,72

Today in 1904, Aiwass delivered the final chapter of the threefold Book of the Law to Aleister Crowley. While Crowley struggled with this chapter most of his life, I've personally found many of its passages inspiring.

"Had! The manifestation of Nuit. The unveiling of the company of heaven. Every man and every woman is a star." -- Liber AL vel Legis I:1-3

On this day in 1904, Aiwass delivered the first chapter of the threefold Book of the Law to Aleister Crowley. The delivery of the Book of the Law heralded the beginning of the new aeon, the Aeon of Horus.

For many gay men, the path to self-acceptance is a difficult struggle. Many who have faced rejection of family or friends only wish to be tolerated, accepted and loved. The Ordo Aeternus Vovin goes even further than this - we say that as gay men you deserve to be loved and honored because you are special and the Universe has a unique and necessary role for you. - Fr. Ea, Draco Rex Ordo Aeternus Vovin

QOTD: "Many gay men (as well as some bisexual and gender-variant males and transsexuals) living at the end of the twentieth century have begun to reclaim the ancient association of homoeroticism, gender variance, and sacred experience or role. This task of reclamation is not an easy one. Indeed, due to the homophobic and anti-gender-variant communities in which many of us live, the journey toward self-realization can be an extremely arduous one." - Randy P Conner, Blossom of Bone

"Nu! the hiding of Hadit. Come! all ye, and learn the secret that hath not yet been revealed. I, Hadit, am the complement of Nu, my bride. I am not extended, and Khabs is the name of my House. In the sphere I am everywhere the centre, as she, the circumference, is nowhere found. Yet she shall be known & I never." - Liber AL vel Legis II:1-4

On this day in 1904, Aiwass, the minister of Ra Hoor Khut, delivered the 2nd chapter of the threefold Book of the Law to Aleister Crowley.

Modern magicians are truly blessed. We do not have to figure everything out from scratch as we have all the work done by the many brave priests, priestesses and shamans that went before us. In this way, as we stretch upward towards the heavens in our quest for growth and enlightenment, we can reach much further because we are truly standing on the shoulders of giants.

Who's shoulders do you stand upon? Show some gratitude for those teachers and guides that have helped you.

As the organization behind Coph Nia, the Ordo Aeternus Vovin feels that it is important to make Coph Nia an immersive experience.

We've had several people ask why we require pre-registration and why we don't offer day passes for Coph Nia. There are primarily two reasons for this.

1.) Our vision is to create a safe environment for gay, bi, queer and questioning men to explore spirituality and their place in the universe. We've heard, in particular, from questioning men that there is a lot of anxiety about running into people they know or being outed. We believe that having different people coming and going on day passes would impede creating a safe environment and runs counter to our vision of the gathering. We've always heard from men that they feel more at ease this way.

2.) Our vision is also to create a community of men where we leave the objectification and artificial divisions of the queer community behind and see one another as divine children of the God and Goddess. We've always viewed this as an immersive experience and feel that one cannot really let go of the outside world and become part of a bigger community in 24 hours. By not offering day passes, we hope to encourage men to be immersed in the experience and be fully present in the community.

Thelemic Magick Order for Gay & Bi Men
Introduction
We are a religious not-for-profit that teaches spiritual tools and techniques for gay and bisexual men to live fuller, more satisfying lives. We follow many of the teachings of Aleister Crowley such as Thelema and the practice of ceremonial magick. We are an initiatory body.

In addition to the work we perform with our initiates, we sponsor several events that are open to the larger LGBT community that focus on alternative paths of queer spirituality. These paths include neo-paganism, new age thought and ceremonial magick to name a few. In this way, the men of our order serve our greater community by sharing of their Light, Life, Love and Liberty.
