Slow to respond and dodgy sales professionals. Bought a new XC90 and was told to come back for a free tank of gas and a wash after the sale. Went well out of my way about a month later and was told they don't do that. Brought it in for a leak in the sunroof and was told that Volvo had just learned of this problem and parts would have to be ordered from Sweden. Service guy quit and they forgot about the car for a few days. A week later and needing the car back for a hitch install in the morning and still don't have it or an explanation on what the problem is or when it will be ready. Won't be using these guys again and I'm glad I still have the dealership review form from the purchase sitting on my desk!

Wife took car in Friday morning, recieved a call that was forced to VM Saturday morning at 7am stating my "service professional" would not return till Monday. Called Saturday, spoke to a new service tech l, and requested a new service tech so said he would call back to confirm he could change it. Called back Saturday at 3:30 and they said they would research and call back. They never called back. Called back Monday at 9am and left VM. Called the sales manager at 11 and got a call back at 11:30 from the "service professional" and he stated that 3 parts would cost $3,500 and would take up to a week to complete. My local mechanic repaired the car in 5 hours for less than $900... You be the judge.

It's a dealer. Will this review stop people from venturing in.... Hopefully some. If you like asking for your keys 35 times to leave it would be your Disney World. I went in after being informed a vehicle was traded in that might meet my needs. It was a bit rough for wanting over top dollar. Bumper was damaged. Rear tail light had a quarter size hole through the lense. Interior had some abnormal damage....and to top it off the leather was sprayed with the spray on cover up dealers use to cover heavy worn leather. This spray on cover up wears off in no time exp when you try to detail your car later with leather cleaner. This was apparent by the mist that settled on the dash as the salesman put his hand on it and it left his prints like he wiped dust...well that and splatter on the bottom pass side b pillar trim. None the less beware paying top dollar for heavy reconditioned vehicles. Real quality used cars need a car wash and a tank of gas. On top of the rough used car for some reason I was somehow convinced my trade in lacked features the models badges alone give it by default?!?! The "we know cars " started...I asked for my keys and thanked them....and after 34 more times asking for my keys I was able to finally leave. It was very disappointing to say the least.

My car buying experience was excellent with Volvo. Highly recommend it to everyone. I am looking forward for great maintenance service as well. Ivan Galindo did a great job red carpet treatment all the way.

I wish I had taken the time to read all the other reviews before doing business with these people. My experience has extremely stressful and down right horrible with both the sales representatives and the service department. If I had down my homework and read some reviews of this dealership l feel like all this current stress in my life could have been completely avoided by just simply not doing business with these modern day scam artists.
