I haven't had much experience with buying a car, always dreaded the day! But I highly recommend this dealership. Raufel in particular was a great guy, friendly, very knowledgeable and attentive. He even delivered my new Golf right across town to my home. Car doing great so far.

I brought my car in for an oil change last Friday, but ended up finding out that I needed the 60,000 service. Odell Hadley was extremely helpful. During the servicing, the noticed my back breaks were in very poor condition so he also recommended me getting new breaks. While I had only intended to get an oil change for the day, I knew that it was time for both the servicing and brake replacements. Odell took great care of me and was patient with me as I decided whether or not to go through with the break replacement. My entire experience was amazing as it always is. Thank you so much Odell for a great service appointment and for keeping me laughing!

Very pleased with the service here. I am a busy guy and have limited time to deal with anything besides my work. Luke went above and beyond to resolve my problems cheaply and efficiently. In fact, Luke saved me over $200, had my car ready in less than an hour, and did it all with a positive "can-do" attitude that I really appreciated. I will absolutely be coming back to VW Santa Monica and I'll be asking for Luke as a service adviser.

New to Santa Monica, my Little White Jetta was making an odd noise- I called Kyle Lewis at Volkswagen Santa Monica. Kyle walked through "possibilities" over the phone and then made a reasonable appointment for me to stop in and let him hear my mystery noise. I logged into Volkswagen of Santa Monica and through "my account" I was able to schedule follow up appointment w/ Kyle and LWJ to be reviewed and assessed further. Kyle did an excellent job of keeping me in touch with cost and time needed for repairs, as well as the ETA for me to pick up a now- quite running LWJ. He was detailed in his description of imminently needed repairs and was efficient when reviewing my bill. Kyle Lewis was extremely helpful in mapping out a schedule for me to bring LWJ into service department to complete all that the little white Jetta needs in 2015. I highly recommended calling Kyle Lewis for any service needs for your PV - (personal Volkswagen).

By far the best experience with a car dealership service department that I've ever had. They made sure I was taken care of while my car was being serviced. The service at Volkswagen Santa Monica is exceptional - particularly the speed of service and staff friendliness. Ivan Montejano was extremely helpful throughout the entire experience, from the time I called until I picked up my vehicle. The new texting service kept me well informed and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be back again.

I had several intermittent problems with my VW Rabbit that were a major nuisance. The most troubling was that the hatchback door would not open about 1/2 the time. I brought the car in twice and both times was told because they couldn't "duplicate the problem" that they couldn't fix it. Well when I had an issue with the A/C not blowing cold, I went back and fortunately got Luke Young as my service adviser. I figured that I would yet again bring up the problem I was having with the rear door (and power windows, radio, and randomly illuminating dashboard lights). He wrote everything down and called me one hour after I left. He said I needed a new A/C compressor which they were going to replace (under warranty). He called about an hour later to tell me that I MIGHT have a bad "Comfort Module" and that they were going to replace that as well (also under warranty). Now mind you, this was done WITHOUT them being able to duplicate any of the problems, the excuse I had received twice before. Luke's attitude was that he was going to do whatever he needed to the make sure I left happy. Well it worked. When I picked the car up, everything was resolved. And even though it was 55 degrees outside, I cranked up the new A/C and froze my A$$ off as I drove away, thrilled that I was no longer dealing with issues that I thought I was going to have to live with for the life of the car. Way to go!

Luke Young was extremely helpful during my visit. He gave me a detailed run down of the service my vehicle needed in the future and the potential cost. I now have a great understanding of my vehicle's current condition.
